We purchased a vehicle from the Helms Bros showroom floor; at delivery, Maurice (our sales person) again took time (on his day off) to get us acclimated to the technology, connect our phones via Bluetooth, register the vehicle with their concierge program. Superb customer service without the slightest sense of being pushy or feeling rushed. And, we received a fair trade in value for our 2012 vehicle.
