We had a great experience with Peter 2 years ago, so requested him again when we came by. Peter is awesome to work with, and thankfully we weren't there hammering away at his pricing for hours upon hours like last time! He gave us a great deal, and we walked away very happy. The test drive is key for the new C-Class (it drives like a DREAM), and I love that I can really trust Peter to do right! That is, until a family member convinced us to stop at Helms Bros. When we walked into Helms Bros. we were pleasantly surprised by the relaxed (albeit professional), unpretentious demeanor of the staff. My relative had specifically recommended that we speak with Jeffrey Stampler, who sensed our lingering frustration and invited us to sit down and explain (i.e., vent!). Jeffrey's willingness to work with us on a realistic, human level was positively refreshing, and shortly after speaking with him we identified a vehicle that piqued our interest. Jeffrey was able to answer all of our questions related to the vehicle and he patiently outlined some potential next steps in the process, including the option to leave a deposit and schedule a follow-up appointment if we decided we needed a day to think things through. Two days later we met again with Jeffrey (and John, too) to seal the deal. Jeffrey stayed with us nearly three hours after he was scheduled to leave the office to ensure that we were taken care of. He even provided a thorough "tour" of our new vehicle before we left! Needless to say, my girlfriend and I are extremely satisfied with the result of our Helms Bros. experience!
