Great service I purchased my 2018 Laramie Longhorn in Texas as that's where I claim my residency. I have a second home (mailing address) here in Hemet, CA. Having h I purchased my 2018 Laramie Longhorn in Texas as that's where I claim my residency. I have a second home (mailing address) here in Hemet, CA. Having had bad experiences with the Gosch dealerships in the same complex, I was very hesitant about using Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. My thoughts were, once burned, not going to let it happen again! Needless to say, my fears with this company have been for nothing. This visit was nothing short of phenomenal as were my previous visits! Many thanks to Service Advisor Jessica Gonzonlez and the mechanic who completed the work (oil change, tire rotation, fuel filter change) I needed done on this visit. Not only did Jessica help me with the service I needed done but she is going to work with me on warranty repairs on our next trip to California. That says it all, great customer service! More

Unorganized The final product was done correctly. However, upon arriving for the appointment set up by the dealership upon purchase of a Jeep, my wife was initia The final product was done correctly. However, upon arriving for the appointment set up by the dealership upon purchase of a Jeep, my wife was initially told they would not be able to do the service, because of miscommunication between sales and service. My wife was told I may have to come back and reschedule for another day. Eventually, the issue was worked out with Diego in service, and completed at the time initially agreed upon during the vehicle purchase. Issue was not actually with service, it was with whoever made the appointment and didn't coordinate with service. More
