Very disappointed Made the drive because I used to go to this dealership when I lived in San Jacinto and Carlos was great as far as service dept goes always took care o Made the drive because I used to go to this dealership when I lived in San Jacinto and Carlos was great as far as service dept goes always took care of me. This last time I went no Carlos. I had an appointment for 9:30am. My Jeep was driven in to the bay for oil change at 11:45 am. That to me is unacceptable if you make an appointment. I was so upset I stopped them from continuing and left with my wife and kids that had been sitting in customer lounge area for over 2 hours More
