So, I'm giving 4 stars because of what I observed the last time I was there. While I was waiting for my car I decided to walk the lot & I noticed a sales man talking/yelling to one of the employees who retrieve the cars from the lot. He spoke to this guy in a very demeaning/disrespectful manner. In my opinion, no matter the business, you should never speak to a coworker in that tone or allow a customer to see such a thing. Professional working environment and Excellent Service Brought our 2016 Jeep Cherokee Sport in because the the right turn signal in the front has never worked practically since I've own it. (bought it brand new) Leo, my service advisor, called me and said it was the lumin and it was still under warranty. He also told me that the reason the jeep was was running rough the coills were bad. (This is on a second visit a few days later). He told me that he did not have the parts in, and he offered to get me a rental car, From now on, all of my car maintenance will be done at Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Thank you Leo! More
