Transmission Replacement The service office personnel (Diego) was excellent. He was helpful, quick with information, and upfront. The transmission was replaced under warra The service office personnel (Diego) was excellent. He was helpful, quick with information, and upfront. The transmission was replaced under warranty, and other items of concern were brought to our attention and repaired. ( I think). However, EVERY TIME our vehicle is returned, the clean airbox is improperly installed. Which leaves the engine, taking in unfiltered air, and could cause engine failure. This time I didnt check until almost 3 weeks. After noticing my car sounding different, I checked, and sure enough airbox improperly installed. If my engine fails, I would expect that Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep would replace it, free of charge. *And how is it that the car wash is still not working? Felice Hill More

Check engine light problems Recently my check engine light came on I was avoiding going to the dealership but I knew something had to be done soon took my car in Carlos Ackerman Recently my check engine light came on I was avoiding going to the dealership but I knew something had to be done soon took my car in Carlos Ackerman is my service advisor along with Jessica Gonzalez they both greeted Me but Carlos help me out they ran a test and found that there was three major problems and I was told and I was told that if I waited any longer things would have been worse I service the car within 3 hours and I was back on the road I was very happy with my service they always do a great job for me I recommend them personally More

Pathetic Impossible to get a hold of management. My truck sat for 5 days so they could “flush” the transmission fluid. Didn’t even drop the pan and replace the Impossible to get a hold of management. My truck sat for 5 days so they could “flush” the transmission fluid. Didn’t even drop the pan and replace the filters, as I requested. Was supposed to have recalls done andnon the 5th day they finally told me that the parts weren’t there and they needed to order. Plus the 150$ “diagnosis” Absolutely pathetic service department. 350 dollars for 10 minutes of work and kept my truck for 5 days and didn’t even complete the tasks. More
