Went out of their way I went in for an oil change, and the computer didn't show that I have 3 oil changes due to me. The service guy I was dealing with (sorry his name sli I went in for an oil change, and the computer didn't show that I have 3 oil changes due to me. The service guy I was dealing with (sorry his name slips my mind) went out of his way to find my contract to make sure I did get my free oil change, which allowed me to up grade to full synthetic oil.. They always treat me right, and that's why I keep coming back to them. Plus the Ram 1500 is the best 1/2 Ton truck... Period. More

Went over fine. I notice that the employees in the service center are okay. The other employees in the dealer area where the salespeople and office reps are located I notice that the employees in the service center are okay. They don't smile at those of us who are waiting in the lobby for our vehicles to be worked on/repaired (appear stuffy and no eye contact). Much needed customer contact/congeniality.... All though I was dis app0inted in this visits service. I take good care of my vehicle. I keep engine very clean. When went in for oil change it was very clean. When I got home opened hood to inspect it. W I take good care of my vehicle. I keep engine very clean. When went in for oil change it was very clean. When I got home opened hood to inspect it. Well had oil in oil fill port as if no one bothered to wipe clean.oil was smired on valve cover near fill port area. Oil filter had oil dripping from it and skid plates were dipping oil also. Result oil on garage floor. I cleaned all areas that were listed. It's back to clean again.will keep eye on oil filter. It is tight on engine. Not my best visit from where I have done business since 2015.!!!🤔 More
