Spare tire mount repair I would have given the service center a 5 except for the fact that I had to return to the dealership twice to get the repair completed. The replacemen I would have given the service center a 5 except for the fact that I had to return to the dealership twice to get the repair completed. The replacement part needed to be powder-coated before installation which required another trip. This could have been avoided by a simple verification before scheduling the service.
