My Review Of Henderson Hyundai:
I purchased a 2012 Toyota Corolla in August 2012. I got a very bad deal from Desert Toyota, and I was treated very horribly. Their customer service sucked! I was a very unhappy customer. I went to Henderson Hyundai to either trade-in or refinance my Corolla. I chose this dealership because they boast of a Free Lifetime Oil Change and Free Lifetime Car Wash. Actually, they got me at the Free Car Wash because to have my corolla washed, I have to go a long way for an automatic car wash and I do not have the time to do that every week. The location of Henderson Hyundai is ideal because it is just 0.4 miles from where I live, so I can have my car washed for FREE every week.
The sales agent who worked with me was Matthew Cavaness Jr. He got all my information, appraised my Corolla, and then we looked at several Hyundai Elantra. I chose the Bronze one and took it for a test drive. I was definitely impressed with the car. The exterior was beautifully designed, and the interior cabin was sleek and elegant, it felt like driving a luxury car. Matt showed me some of the features inside the car and instructed me to just drive wherever I wanted to go. The feature I loved most was the ECO Drive feature, which will increase the fuel efficiency by 30% more.
When we came back to the dealership we negotiated on the monthly payment that I can afford. It turns out that I cannot afford it so I told Matt I will just refinance my old Corolla. Then he worked with me until we agreed on the price so I can take home the new Elantra. While Matt was working with me, he was really nice and friendly and not pushy (unlike my experience with the sales agent at Desert Toyota). He listened to me and I can see that he really wanted to give me a good deal and want my buying experience to be excellent. Well, he exceeded my expectations actually. The best part was when he turned over the car to me. He took the time to explain to me and my daughter how to use the bluetooth and other features of the car. This impressed me because I remember after I signed the paper for my Corolla, the agent did not bother to show or explain to me the features of the car, he just gave me the key and that was it. Matt made sure that I will love my new Elantra and I actually do! An awesome car, awesome and friendly service, Free Lifetime Oil Change, Fee Lifetime Car Wash. Yesterday, I told my daughter I will bring it for car wash on Monday, then my daughter said, Mom, the car is not dirty yet! Then I said yes, but I am actually very happy to think that I do not ever have to pay anymore because I can have my car washed for FREE.
Needless to say, my daughter and I really love our new Elantra, and would love to tell everyone about the good people at Henderson Hyundai and how all of them made me feel good and happy about my buying experience. You should visit them for your next new Hyundai and trust me, you will love them too! Look for Matt Jr. He will take good care of you.
