My Review of Hendrick Acura:
Hendrick Acura in Charlotte, NC

Absolutely the worst dealership in town. I guess maybe they think they can push people around because they are the only Acura dealer in town? They first asked you to pay an extra 500 for getting a car from another dealership with the exterior and interior you want; then hit you with a unreasonable high price (yes, I did my research, MDX, there is a 1500 promotion on the car, and they want to sell it 1800 over invoice!!!!!!). Then, they ask you to either take it or beat it. I will never return to that dealership again. Just horrible experience. I have several people actually told me that before. I thought there were single cases. I guess this dealership does stand for their reputation – “the meanest one in town”.
