This is the 3 Honda Accord I have purchased from Hendrick Honda. This last experience was by far the most positive of them all. I started my research online with Gail Jasper. She responded promptly to my questions and was cooperative during the negotiations. She worked with my schedule when I was ready to visit the showroom and each visit she was respectful of our time and moved the process along efficiently. Even after the sale she has been responsive to my questions (XM Radio details specifically). I would highly recommend Gail to anyone considering purchasing a Honda vehicle. She is not pushy but she is a professional.

We recently purchased a Honda CRV from Luis Lemus at Hendrick Honda. We selected this dealership after having requested online quotes from 15 dealers. Out of the 8 that replied Luis provided the timeliest responses to our questions and ultimately an offer that made us come into the dealership. His outstanding customer service continued when we met him in person and he made the purchase hassle free, straightforward and on overall very positive experience. Mr. Lemus is a true professional who puts his customers first. The day we picked up the car was his day off but he came to ensure that everything was in order. I highly recommend working with Luis Lemus if you are looking for a Honda in the DC metro area. We came from 35 miles away and it was worth it.

I bought a 2013 Honda Accord EXL Coupe from Moyses in March. I found dealing with him to be very pleasant. He is a personable but not pushy salesman and he totally abided by commitments he made to me over the Internet. So there was actually little negotiation to do in the dealership itself. Henrick Honda offered the best price I found compared with some of the competition I also contacted. It even threw in some dealer add-ons without charge. I was a bit disappointed by Hendrick's offer for my trade-in (who isn't?) but I solved that problem by selling my old car myself. That might be the way to go in some cases so that the negotiation for the new car is clean and uncomplicated. All in all, it was a good experience at Hendrick Honda and with Moyses in particular. Purchased a 2013 Odyssey from Luis. He was very friendly and helpful. I started the process with an online request and came into the dealership with my kids to get a trade-in estimate. I told him that I needed things to move quickly and didn't want to be hanging around with the kids, and he quickly got trade-in information together. The initial trade-in offer was too low, so I left. However, a few days later he came back with a fair price and a fair trade-in. Most of the sale was handled via email, which I really appreciated. Once we had an agreed upon price I went back to the dealership and signed the papers. They were timely and great about working with my schedule and my husband's. I'm thrilled with my new Odyssey and the price I paid! Would recommend that you really research what your trade-in is worth before you go in to make sure you get a fair price.

We recently purchased our 2013 Pilot from Hendrick Honda in Woodbridge. It is one of many Hondas we and our family members have purchased. Our salesman was Moises Urcuyo and was the greatest. He did everything he could do to make our purchase experience run smoothly. He even went to another dealer to get the color we wanted. Mark in finance was also great and very quick, not holding us there for hours. My only unpleasant experience was with Moises's manager who was "discourteous" in my book. I'm sorry I didn't catch his name, but the mannerisms of Moises made up for his managers rudeness. Thank you Moises for making our purchasing experience such a good one. I will have no hesitations in referring you to my friends and family. Our overall experience in dealing with you was great!!

I have purchased several Hondas over the years at Hendrick and have always been very satisfied with my experience with them. The experience during this recent purchase was similar to all previous purchases and significantly comfortable by the handling of my requirements by Moises Urcuyo, the new car salesman. He was very comfortable to work with and kept me fully informed of all the necessary steps as we moved through the ordering and purchasing steps. I have had my Honda maintenance done at Hendrick of Woodbridge for over 30 years and they have never failed me.

We just bought our 3rd car from Hendrick Honda. My first experience in 2010 was good--good enough to return this year to buy a 2012 Pilot.
Our salesperson this year, Bill Fredericks, is the reason why we went back yesterday and bought a 2012 CRV. It's a rare salesperson who is honest, decent and actually helpful. Bill was all of the above and more.
