Awesome experience!!! So I never really submit reviews even though I should to help others but I truly felt compelled to do so this time. My experience with this dealership was beyond amazing. My last experience of purchasing a vehicle from a dealership lasted 4 hours one day and 2 the next. Chris was great. We didn't like the initial offer but we were quickly able to come to an agreement. My wife and myself were only there for about 2 hours and most of that was waiting on detailing. My experience was so phenomenal in purchasing a 2016 Sorento we decided to come back less than a week later to trade our van for a 2017 Sorento. Yes we became that family....I give nothing but praise to all the staff their, from the moment we walked in (without an appointment) we were greeted and taken care of very quickly. If you are looking for a great place to purchase a vehicle especially a Kia go here and ask for Chris!!!! Thanks again Chris we are loving our Sorentos! More

Kia Sedona 2016 We called the service department while on vacation because the check engine light was on. The call was returned by the service department manager and We called the service department while on vacation because the check engine light was on. The call was returned by the service department manager and we were told that we could be seen upon arrival. We were greeted out front by a young man. When we pulled into the service department we were promptly greeted by Holly. Brian in service went over all the details and the options. He made the repairs authorized. During the repair process we looked at several 2016 Sedonas and did some test driving. Frankie was willing to let us look at all the choices and we did some test driving. This dealership was very friendly and clean. We were provided with plenty of snacks. We had a very pleasant experience. More
