Bobby scheduled my appointment based on my schedule and had a loaner car waiting for me. Once they started servicing my car, they found a couple of problems which required my car to stay for a longer peri had a loaner car waiting for me. Once they started servicing my car, they found a couple of problems which required my car to stay for a longer period of time then I planned for. Bobby arranged for me to keep the loaner car until my car was finished, which helped a lot. More
