My experience with Hendrick Lexus Charlotte remains at the top of my list of "necessary evils"! Few get enjoyment out of taking their car in for service...but my experience at Hendrick Lexus Charlotte is the top of my list of "necessary evils"! I've had nothing but pleasant, courteous and professional service experiences every time. My recent vehicle service was no different! I was late, and arrived during lunch hour and there was only one service advisor available - Brian Dowless! Brian was phenomenal! He promptly got my vehicle in and get me in a loaner and on my way, BEFORE he had lunch. Brian's service is indicative of what I've come to expect from everyone at Hendrick Lexus of Charlotte! This was my second visit to Hendrix Lexus service after purchasing the vehicle there last fall.
