I worked with Heather after my RX350 had been involved in an accident. We were able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted out of state. Heather took care of everything and had the vehicle shipped to Kansas an accident. We were able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted out of state. My experience was nothing short of excellent from beginning to end. She was always very timely in responding to my questions/concerns and she worked diligently to locate the exact vehicle I wanted. I could not have asked for a better experience. I have to admit once I took delivery of my vehicle, I missed my frequent conversations with Heather. I took my IS300 to Superior North after a misdiagnosis and poor repair at another Lexus dealership. Rob Ramsey listened to all details of the car history and provided solid advise in an objective, conc and poor repair at another Lexus dealership. I was kept informed every step of the way. The Tech made sure that I understood every step and gave me several options for repair. Steve went above and beyond to make sure that that the car was returned to me in as good as new condition. He worked with other family members when I was not available. Paco in parts knew my name and the history of the car. He did everything possible to make sure that the parts order was correct. He was friendly and knowledgeable through the entire process. Superior is a well oiled machine. It was evident that all parts of the dealership communicate well with each other. Other members of the staff that I met through the process were curtious and helpful. I was confident through the entire process that my car was in good hands. More
