Did not do what I had asked. I took my 4Runner for service and was told my serpentine belt was "shot" and needed to be replaced. Since I did not know what a "shot" serpentine loo I took my 4Runner for service and was told my serpentine belt was "shot" and needed to be replaced. Since I did not know what a "shot" serpentine looked like, I asked that the belt be saved for me so I could learn what to look for in the future. The service advisor said he would. When I picked my vehicle up, I was told the belt was on the floor of the car. It wasn't there. I don't know if the belt was, in fact "shot" or if I was up sold. I don't have a lot of trust in the service department. More

Steady decline in service over the years I purchased my two Hendrick Toyota's at the Apex dealership. Over the past 7 years I have exclusively serviced my vehicles there. Unfortunately, I h I purchased my two Hendrick Toyota's at the Apex dealership. Over the past 7 years I have exclusively serviced my vehicles there. Unfortunately, I have seen a steady decline over the years in customer service. Servicing my two cars every 5K at Hendricks I am at the dealership quite often. This year alone I have had to wait almost 15 minutes or more just to get checked in on numerous occasions. The last three times my service rep was not available on pickup and I have to wander around trying to find a service rep to check me out. Cars are not ready and you have to stand around a bit for your car to be delivered. In the past they always washed my car even if I didn't ask, now they haven't washed my car for quite some time (note cars purchased their). I always forget to ask up front, didn't have to before. Today was the worst, I was called that my transmission fluid needed changed. My 2012 Camry was due for a change so I agreed. I did the transmission service 40K ago here at Hendricks for $125 dollars so I said sure do it. I was given no estimate at the time of the call. When I went to pick my car up a day later, (never received call that it was done the previous day) they charged me $257.67 for a transmission flush and refill!!!!. I could not believe that would be possible that the price doubled in such a short time for such a standard service. I enjoy taking my cars here in Apex, it is very convenient but I feel like they are taking advantage of a very loyal and good customer. It is not a good way to promote business. I also encouraged my daughter to purchase her Corolla there a couple years back. We love Toyota's and were treated very professionally when we purchased our cars here, but have seen this once stellar dealership become suspect and non-trusting. Please pick it up guys this isn't the way to increase sales and your reputation, plus I don't want to find a new mechanic, such a pain... More
