Professional Staff, various inventory good job I have two Prius cars, and I went to Hendrick Apex on 08/18/19 with my wife to do the regular 6 months service. And since our son is going to collage, I have two Prius cars, and I went to Hendrick Apex on 08/18/19 with my wife to do the regular 6 months service. And since our son is going to collage, and he needs a car, we were thinking about buying mostly a pre-owned car. So, at Hendrick, while we were waiting, I told my wife let's go and take a look at some cars inside the lobby. Then while we were doing that, we saw a sales agent, and asked him about Prius cars, so, he introduced himself to us. His name was Brian McCarty. He was so professional, nice and courteous, and knew what we wanted. He told us about a hail Prius LE 2019. He gave us a heavy discount with 0% APR for 60 months. the manager who took care with all the paperwork, Rodney Stalls did a great job too. And after couple of hours we were walking out with a brand new 2019 Prius LE for my wife. We are a very happy customers. More

Turned down for service that should be covered by warranty I purchased a brand new Tacoma from this dealership less than 2 years ago and the brakes are now vibrating dramatically. This is a problem I can recal I purchased a brand new Tacoma from this dealership less than 2 years ago and the brakes are now vibrating dramatically. This is a problem I can recall having for as long as I've owned the truck but it has gotten noticeably worse in the past 6 months. Since I'm about 2/3 of the way though my warranty I decided to schedule a service to finally have the problem addressed. When scheduling the appointment I told the service adviser about the situation, and explained that I was expecting the fix to be covered by my warranty, the service adviser said that it would be fine and scheduled the appointment. After taking an afternoon off of work and dropping my truck off for service, I was told by Jas that "normal wear and tear" on brakes would not be covered by my warranty, but that he would double check the warranty, have the brakes inspected, and give me a call back to let me know what the situation was. 5 hours later, with only about an hour until the service department was going to close, I still had not received any updates about my truck! I called the service department and was told the truck had been ready for a while.. so I traveled back out to pick it up. When I arrived at the service department, my service adviser had already left for the day and there were no details regarding the results of the brake inspection nor any information regarding the warranty coverage. Needless to say this was a very frustrating experience that wasted 1/2 of a work day and still has left me with a new truck that has terrible brakes. I do not plan on returning to this dealership for service in the future. More
