Great service! Took my 2018 Tacoma in for the 15k PM service and was notified that the truck had a recall that they could update but would take approx. 2 plus hours. Took my 2018 Tacoma in for the 15k PM service and was notified that the truck had a recall that they could update but would take approx. 2 plus hours. They had a loaner truck on hand and let us go on with our morning schedule since we weren’t planning on an extended service. Truck was completed in 2.5 hours, returned the loaner truck and continued with our day. Great experience and that is what keeps customers coming back! A++ More

Wait time of 4 hours Went for a standard service, upon arriving waited in my car for someone to come over after 15 mins a man working at the desk comes over ask my name fo Went for a standard service, upon arriving waited in my car for someone to come over after 15 mins a man working at the desk comes over ask my name for the reservation then walks away. After a few minutes he comes back and says they do not have my reservation, so i show him the confirmation email to which he responds okay we’ll figure it out. I then have to wait an additional 20 mins for anyone to come back over to my car to check me in. At check in Im told it should take an hour and a half.... pretty normal sounded fine. I wait the hour and a half then receive a text saying they would like to do an alignment and balance for ~200 respond yes or no... I’m all for texting convienence but as a customer waiting only a few feet away it would’ve been nice to have the service member come over tell me what they found and the reasoning behind asking for an alignment.... nevertheless i hit yes and with average alignment times being an hour i wait an hour and 15 then after not seeing a service member during my whole 2 hour and a half hour wait i decide to go check with them. I approach the man at the desk and he says oh you got alignment done that takes a while and looks away like that’s the end of conversation to which i respond how much longer do you think it will take? He says oh they moved your car........ i still wait for a response finally he says I’ll go check then comes back a few minutes later and says 20 minutes more. After an additional 30/40 minutes my car is finally done. Service man simply says oh we had people call out today.... Now I’ve waited plenty before for cars but some decent customer service or an apology for wait time/ explanations during the wait time would have been nice overall not satisfied, if you don’t have the people to manage the department on a Sunday don’t offer Sunday hours More

Appointments are set up easily, online, check in is quick, they service the vehicle right away, keep you up to date, explain everything completed and check you out quickly. Thirty plus years of Toyotas and this is the best dealer I've ever dealt with, hands down. More

Not customer focused. I just scheduled my 25k service due to Service Indicator light on vehicle. I asked about oil change when I got to service, they said it was NOT includ I just scheduled my 25k service due to Service Indicator light on vehicle. I asked about oil change when I got to service, they said it was NOT included in 25k. service, all they did was rotate tires. After service completed, they texted me about their "report" and said I needed cabin filter replaced + extras service related to that. I still had my vehicle under their service agreement since I bought the new 2017 RAV4 there. After I got home, I noticed the sticker they put on the windshield, noting that oil change/service was good for another 5,000 miles. I called & asked if they changed oil, "No, we just rotated the tires and reset the service indicator switch". I went back through my records to research last oil change at 18k miles, so it's been 7,000 miles since last change. MY FAULT for not paying closer attention, THEIR FAULT too and didn't even offering oil change (even if I needed to pay for it)! It was a wasted day at my trip all the way to Apex, who's service now does NOT even attempt to have a face-face discussion, but rather email and text you what additional services they can ding you for! I believe Toyotas are the best cars there are, but their services is going downhill! More
