awful expirence. I got my car serviced here. the service was fine, my car is now working great... but the customer service was terrible. it took about 20 minutes to be I got my car serviced here. the service was fine, my car is now working great... but the customer service was terrible. it took about 20 minutes to be acknowledged and then once i was acknowledged they couldnt find any records of the names i had previously given them atleast 3 times over the phone, and everytime i called they couldnt find my name either... turns out they had my car under all of the previous information of the previous owner and ive had my car for about a year. nobody ever bothered to changed ANY information after coutless atempts of me trying. brian bess was the only competent person working there, but yet he never changed my information either. also i had tons of additional charges that were marked as costomer requests and i certainly did not request those services, and it took another 20 minutes to wait for them to bring me my car. More

40,000 service Because I just had the tires rotated, the only real servicing involved during my visit on 1/25/19 was an oil change. I had a 7:00am appointment, was there when the service bay opened and did not check out until 9:00am; though my car was not brought out to me until 9:20am.. “we moved your car and forgot about it” I was told... I was also told the service bay was short-handed... I believe everyone desires a Mulligan or two; this is the first one I have given over the past 7 years... let’s hope it is the last. More

I would highly recommend Hendrick Toyota from the Sales staff all the way to the service department. Used to be a Ford guy but not anymore. More
