Xavier did a great job in guiding us through the new Grand Highlander we purchased. This was not the original vehicle we wanted because what we wanted would have taken up to 6 months before we got it. Grand Highlander we purchased. This was not the original vehicle we wanted because what we wanted would have taken up to 6 months before we got it. So we thought about it and decided to go with this one instead. We did not get any pressure from him or feel obligated or anything. The facts are, there's a shortage out there and we had to order what we wanted. Sometimes that's the best thing you can, is order exactly what you want! He did and was able to get it to us in less than 4 weeks! He did a great job! Would recommend him! More
