So we normally go into a car dealership ready to haggle and knowing we are going to get taken. Kim Wehinger made it a fun and enjoyable experience and we felt like we got a great deal! Kim test drove at least 6 cars with us never making us feel rushed, she listened to exactly what we wanted and found us the perfect car! Jack Morgan was wonderful and helpful with our trade we were terribly upside down but together Kim and Jack were able to get it all worked out! We came out with a 4Runner that hit our payment exactly and my husband and I walked out feeling like we made a great choice! More

Toyota really does have a loyalty program and they will go out of their way to make existing customers happy for the long term. The Loyalty Manager and the sales rep were excellent to work with and caused go out of their way to make existing customers happy for the long term. The Loyalty Manager and the sales rep were excellent to work with and caused me to change my mind into getting g another Toyota after my current lease terminated, which I was not planning to do. Very happy with our experience and Toyota Hendrick.
