Had an issue today during what should have been a simple tire rotation and oil change. My tire pressure sensors were working fine before the visit. After the service, I was told none of the sensors would sy tire rotation and oil change. My tire pressure sensors were working fine before the visit. After the service, I was told none of the sensors would sync because one was supposedly bad. I asked them to double-check, since it seemed like an odd coincidence for everything to stop working right after a rotation. They looked again but gave me the same explanation. Rather than taking responsibility up front or escalating it to a manager, I had to push for some sort of assurance. Eventually, they agreed to cover the labor but still charged me for the part. I went ahead with it just to avoid wasting more time. To make things worse, the final price wasn’t what was originally quoted. Poor communication all around. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for service. Holding customers financially responsible for problems that happen under your care isn’t acceptable. Be cautious if your technician is Alvin Castillo. Since I owned a C7 Corvette I have used Henna because of their vast Corvette experience. I trusted their workmanship. Recently I needed to replace all 4 tires on this car. During a recent oil change I observed a sign in the lobby that stated they match any tire estimate. I visited three tire sources and obtained my best one from Costco. I drove to Henna, presented the estimate in hope of matching the cost and buying my tires there along with a new alignment. I was told Henna does not match Costco estimates. I asked why don't they state the tire dealers they will not match on their sign? No-one could answer that question. I wasted my time and gas driving to this dealership. The price match plan is nothing more than a scam and obvious false advertising. Although I purchased a 2025 vehicle at Henna and had all my Corvette maintenance accomplished there, I do not plan on returning to Henna. There are other dealerships and shops available and closer to my home. So Long Henna. More

Took my Chevy Malibu in for an oil changed . . service was really REALLY fast .. at first I was impressed but they really weren’t that busy.. and they did nothing .. no windshield wiper fluid no . service was really REALLY fast .. at first I was impressed but they really weren’t that busy.. and they did nothing .. no windshield wiper fluid no air in the tires and obvious checking pressure as all of my dash reminders are still telling me I have no wiper fluid and when I checked .. yup.. when I asked one of the device desk folks why my tire pressure was unchanged he lazily told me “that is normal” .. I would give zero stars if I could and will never get my oil changed there again. (Jiffy Lune has better service than this!! And cheaper!!). not at $95.. and now wondering if they actually changed the oil!!! More

As is usually the case at Henna Service Department, Mark Poth and team went above and beyond to get my truck fixed in a timely manner. I called Mark late one afternoon to describe problem. He was pretty sur Poth and team went above and beyond to get my truck fixed in a timely manner. I called Mark late one afternoon to describe problem. He was pretty sure he knew what was wrong, but would need to confirm and check on parts availabilty. He called me the next morning to tell me parts were available bring the truck and they would get right on it, which they did. Truck was fixed by the next morning and I picked it up app. 24 hours after dropping it off. Kudos to the Henna Service Department. More
