Special thanks to William Houston, Service Director at Hennessy Honda at 8931 Hwy. 92. He came to our rescue when our Honda malfunctioned. We had just finished lunch across the Hwy from Hennessy Honda an Hennessy Honda at 8931 Hwy. 92. He came to our rescue when our Honda malfunctioned. We had just finished lunch across the Hwy from Hennessy Honda and our vehicle refused to start. We walked across the busy Hwy to the dealership. Mr. Houston immediately got someone to take us back to our vehicle. His team repaired our Honda and treated us with such kindness. Mr. Houston is a gentleman and very professional. I just purchased a 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid with Hennessy Honda. The process was amazing. First and foremost, Armando is extremely knowledgeable of Honda's products and listened to what I was looking for in Honda. The process was amazing. First and foremost, Armando is extremely knowledgeable of Honda's products and listened to what I was looking for in a car. His knowledge helped me tailor the model of Hondas I was interested in purchasing. Once I made my decision, Armando made the process simple and was super accommodating. He ensured the vehicle was ready for me to drive, showed me features of the vehicle, and even got Detail to go over it again before I went home. Greg, the finance manager, was honest and made sure I knew exactly was I was signing and gave me time to review my documents. My aunt took her 2025 Honda in for a check engine light on. They diagnosed the car with it having bad gas and it wasn’t covered under warranty. For 3800.00 they would repair vehicle replacing fuel system a on. They diagnosed the car with it having bad gas and it wasn’t covered under warranty. For 3800.00 they would repair vehicle replacing fuel system and draining fuel tank. I’m a mechanic by trade and already scanned the vehicle for two lean codes, uo401-68 com code and traction with a hard pedal. We removed the vehicle from there immediately and took it to a Honda dealership in Marrietta where they found a loose air box which would explain lean indication and the check engine light turned off on its own. Keeping in mind the vehicle was driven to both places with no drive ability inefficiency. Car drove great other then check engine light. When I told the new adjuster what these geniuses claimed to be the issue with bad gas??? He literally gasped and told me no nosing his head. The deceit is worrying because who knows how many other vulnerable people fall for this . This dealership has to do better and monitor your techs a little better. That’s the service and shop foreman’s job…… great job. We will not be coming back ever so thank you for the lesson. More
