Worst customer service They had your credit check and was told the next business day that you are not getting the 0.9% special student program. Can't the finance department They had your credit check and was told the next business day that you are not getting the 0.9% special student program. Can't the finance department tell if you are qualified?? They just used all kind of reason to charge you more on the interest rate. Never sign two loan documents. The sales manager even tell me that it is only $15.00 more per month and it not that we cheat you. Then your dealership should drop the sale price to match. It is a lot for a college student to pay.
