I was very pleased with my car buying experience. The staff assisting me was very nice and helpful and made me feel like they were working hard to get me the best deal possible....they did and now i'm driving my dream car. I am recommending this dealership to as many people as possible!!!

My Review Of Hennessy of Southlake:

Chris Brown was very friendly, helpful and informative but not pushy when we came into the dealership as a result of the ad we saw in the newspaper that morning. He showed us where to park our car and he had a car waiting for us to test drive. He was also a very good host, offering us coffee, snacks, etc. as we went through the process of buying the car. We got there around 11:00 a.m. and the deal went through several hours later so he made sure we were comfortable throughout the process.

Came to look at a Crown Vic to replace my wife's Grand Marquis but she didn't like the interior colors. Mike worked with us on a Town Car and a Taurus but the wife wants a Grand Marquis. Mike is now leading the search for a good Grand Marquis.

My car buying experience with Hennessey was beyond a "ten." I was very, very well pleased and will definately consider this dealership for our next purchase in about 6 months. Thanks

I really appreciate Ron Geraci and his very professional and personal way of selling vehicles. If at all possible I would like to request him again if we choose to purchase our next 2 vehicles from Hennessey.

I went in with a blank check from Capital One at a 9.1% interest rate. Cecil and his manager got me approved at 6.2% interest rate. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. I was greatly satisfied.

I have nothing but great things to say about the dealership and all of the employees there. Everything I have asked them to do even after the sales of the car they have done. They could have said no but never did and have gone above and beyond. I would say to any one looking for a car you can't go wrong and to say you can trust a dealership to do right by you is saying alot.

My Review Of Hennessy of Southlake:

My mom unfortunately totaled her Buick and wanted a replacement of the same model and color within reason price of the insurance settlement. Unable to find one to meet those criteria in our hometown, we found what we needed through an online search that led us to Hennessy. Early the next business day Mike Novotny contacted us to inquire of our needs. Having never purchased a vehicle from such a distance, and from a dealership unknown to us, we were a bit apprehensive and cautious. Through many contacts via email and phone, Mike put us at ease explaining everything, and making arrangements for our distance purchase and walking us through the differences in the process from Georgia and our homestate DMV requirments. He FedEx'd all the paperwork to us to be completed before our arrival to quickly expedite the process upon our arrival. He met me at the airport to transfer me to the dealership, allowed us to look the vehicle over, fielding our questions and concerns throughout the test drive. The entire process took less than an hour at the dealership and we were on our way. Thanks to Mike for making a stressful situation in our family much more tolerable due to his kindness, and concern for our needs.
