"Greater than Awesome! "

I had been searching the entire Atlanta area for a vehicle which spanned N,S,E and W to include Dekalb, Gwinnette, Duluth, Cobb, Henry, Morrow, Union City. I was constantly encountering sales pitches, approval gibberish, numerous hard hits to credit to no avail of purchase. My preferred vehicle were a suv by Lexus , BWW or Toyota. After becoming hopeless and sick of running about, as I were traveling down Jonesboro Rd to the Mall, I ask my husband to pull into Hennessey, it cant hurt I've been everywhere else. Immediately I noted 1st Class service from the greeting, through the business discussions and final steps for finance and purchase. Danny and Marvin were immaculate and outstanding. They were very honest, extremely professional, and extended common courtesy to make us comfortable and feel secure, even in strain of obtaining finance approval which agreed with credit and income. The management team, Hector and John Lewis are super. The entire team are my X-men for they have encouraged me and given me back the feel that there are still real people in the world whom understand hardships and the grace of 2nd chances. I will promote Hennessy to all friends and family, and definitely will return to them for my daughters vehicle purchase. The entire process what I experience at the prior dealerships which I considered a nightmare from sales persons to follow up, was put behind me and I now was experiencing true customer service and what a car buying experience should be. Without stress, pleasing and fulfilling to the end process of a new car. I are extremely grateful and thankful to you all. Thank you to my X-men Team Danny, Marvin, Hector and John Lewis. I

"My experience"

I visited Hennessy today for the purchase of a Yukon xl after realizing on last Saturday I needed the XL version. My experience was longer than expected due to the fact I wasn't decided if I wanted the new or used 2014. I must say I have the upmost respect for the patient that was displayed during my decision making. I was ready to finalize the deal on the used 2014 when I changed my mind yet again. But these salesman (Ron Geraci and Jim Hitchock) and finance (Rene Scott) department (including Mr. Horne the business manager) displayed professionalism, patient like I have never experience before; this was also my second purchase in 6 months. My last experience was just as pleasant with Jim Hitchock and Daniel LaFavor which was the reason we choose to purchase our next car at Hennessy. We live 2 hours away but kindness, professionalism and good customer service made the drive worth it especially with me having 12 year of customer service experience. Ron was so calm throughout the entire process multi tasking as needed to make sure we were completely satisfied.

From the test drive,all the way to the purchase of my GMC Terrain, mr Geraci was outstanding. His professional and courteious manner is the best I experience at any dealership. "Making up the difference from a bad experience elsewhere!"

I have been shopping for Fiat 500 vehicles for a few weeks now. I thought I had found my dream car, but something just wasn't right about the deal. The OTHER dealership had me secure my paperwork in advance before they even inspected or considered my trade. During the finance appointment at the OTHER dealership, there were some sneaky tactics used that I did not recognize until after I went home. I will not name any names or get into details. My gut was telling me to run. Once I verified I was not bound to my mistake, I started searching for other options. I was directed by a google search to Hennessy of Southlake in Morrow, GA. It was easy to work through their website and the even had a free carfax button. To my surprise, they actually had my "dream car" in the used side of the dealership! I immediately called and they had me come in. When I arrived they had the car parked out front and that made me get excited! I was assigned to "Lamont" and "Roy". They worked very hard to crunch numbers for my deal and my trade in. Although they would might have made more money on making a deal with my trade in, the sales finance team guided me into the direction of my initial goal. They did what was best for ME. When it was time to do finance, the specialist, "Henry", went over EVERY option, without pressure. He listened to me verbalize my experience at the OTHER dealership and took extra time to make sure I was comfortable. He did not make me feel like a 'failure' in finance, as the other finance department did. I am a registered nurse, not an accountant :) He explained every number, every option for an extended warranty, and anything that I could benefit from before closing my deal. He asked if I understood each page as we worked through the paperwork. When I left with my used car, I knew I had been treated not only fair, but excellent. No sick feeling in the gut and no regrets! Regardless of where you live, it is worth the drive to Hennessy of Southlake! I came from Athens....twice. That little bit of gas and time is a fraction of what I saved on my deal. They had a HUGE selection of quality used cars and you can check out what you're interested in (carfax) before heading that way.

"Great Customer Service"

Mr. Terrell was great with my family and me. He showed great patients even with my kids. He took the time to show us every car possible. We went there determined to get an 8 passenger black on black yukon. When we found out that your dealership didn't have what we wanted, we were disappointed and was ready to leave. Mr. Terrell was not going to let us leave until we looked at every yukon there. As it turns out, Mr. Terrell knew what we wanted before we did. My wife much prefers the yukon Mr. Terrell sold us. It's a better fit for her and I've never seen her so happy. Your dealership has a customer for life. Thanks
