Professional Service I bought my Avalanche a few years ago at a large dealership on the south shore. It was the third new vehicle I had purchased from them but never use I bought my Avalanche a few years ago at a large dealership on the south shore. It was the third new vehicle I had purchased from them but never used the service department. After having a problem that I would only have fixed through Chevrolet, I called that dealership. I was not satisfied with my treatment or their solutions. I decided to try the local dealership and met John Tammaro. He explained to me what they could do, gave me an estimate and when they took my truck he put me in a new vehicle until my truck was ready. John called me with updates and I got my Avalanche back to me in the time frame he said he would and the best part was that final cost was the same as the estimate. The next vehicle I purchase will be from Herb Chambers! More

poor service experience quoted incorrectly on phone then with hesitations corrected. truck did not work next day after 1600 of repairs and I was to blame, in the end I was to quoted incorrectly on phone then with hesitations corrected. truck did not work next day after 1600 of repairs and I was to blame, in the end I was told as courteousy to me they will refix and I was left without auto start , after email to gm and corporate with all my concerns no one has cared how my customer experience has been !! so never again !! Quick Recall Service My new 2013 Chevy Cruze was recalled and within a week of calling and scheduling an appointment, they brought it right in and had it looked at. Car Delership hater for repairs! I love my regular local mechanic, but he couldn't figure out what was happening with my car. I had NO choice but, to bring my car to a dealership for I love my regular local mechanic, but he couldn't figure out what was happening with my car. I had NO choice but, to bring my car to a dealership for repairs. I always feel like I am going to get ripped off! Herb Chambers proved me wrong! They were on the money. (My brother-in-law is a mechanic in Maine so I double checked everything.) And the customer service was GREAT! John put me in a rental car without me needed to ask, beg or fight with him. Herb Chamber of Danvers has exceeded my expectations! I will definitely go back with no reservations!!!! The price and customer service was RIGHT! More
