I have only taken my car here twice, but so far, I have had nothing be great service and I love the fact that they wash and vacuum my Caravan each time. I would trust this dealership with any service and had nothing be great service and I love the fact that they wash and vacuum my Caravan each time. I would trust this dealership with any service and any new or used car purchase. Wonderful sales and service experiences all the time! Keep up the great work guys!!! More

I called at 10:15am, dropped off with no appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Had a bad lug nut (previous dealer put on an after market one), they called for an okay to replace. Only charged me an oil change and tire rotation. Had a bad lug nut (previous dealer put on an after market one), they called for an okay to replace. Only charged me for the part and no labor!!!! My car was completed in under an hour! I told them to take their time since I didn't have an appointment. Bill was AWESOME!!! Great customer service!! Even check out was fast!!! Great service, friendly people!! Bring your car there!!!! It's worth it!!!! More

Another wonderful experience at Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Danvers. I pulled into the garage for my oil change and was immediately greeted by William. He was pleasant, helpful and very profess Jeep Dodge of Danvers. I pulled into the garage for my oil change and was immediately greeted by William. He was pleasant, helpful and very professional. In addition to my oil change, I had planned on getting a tire rotation and also had inquired about wiper blades. Instead of just assuming these things needed servicing, William made sure they were actually necessary - which after checking, they were not. Thank you for not trying to sell me something I didn't actually need. I've dealt with dealerships before that always seem to find something else that needs to be done in addition to what you're actually there for. They serviced, washed and vacuumed my car in about 30 minutes ... and even managed to find a pill box and set of keys that I thought were lost forever! Thanks for that, too! The cashiers were extremely friendly, too. The friendly service and great work you receive at Herb Chambers far surpasses any quicky oil change place around. I also saw the salesmen that sold me my car, Mark Cunningham and Seth Anderson who were both as friendly as they were when I first arrived to by my car. Great bunch employees at Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Danvers! Keep up the great work! More

Letter I sent to Herb Chambers: I'd like for you to know how happy I am with the service I received at your Jeep dealership in Danvers. Osiris DeLeon was my contact person, and he was professional and so v how happy I am with the service I received at your Jeep dealership in Danvers. Osiris DeLeon was my contact person, and he was professional and so very courteous throughout my entire repair experience, including calling me a few times to explain things thoroughly. Osiris is a great representative of your business, and he is very skilled at explaining technical things to customers. My 2008 Jeep Wrangler is running like brand new thanks to your skilled technicians; and when I picked it up I smiled when I saw it had been washed clean. Frankly, I bought this Jeep from a competitor, but I had been let down several times in terms of the service and treatment I received. They never returned calls when I called to schedule an appointment for maintenance - how can a company not return a customer's call when it's new business? But after I had a wonderful experience with the collision shop at your Danvers location, I knew I could expect great service in the future. I don't live close to the Danvers store so I tend to get oil changes at a more local place. But there is no doubt I will be returning to your shop in Danvers for any future maintenance I need. AND - hopefully I'll be looking at buying a new Wrangler for 2014, and I am positive I will be purchasing it from Herb Chambers. You are doing everything right in managing your business.... Great people, great work and service, and great communication. Thank you for being in business in our area; I consider myself fortunate to have this choice. More

Visited for necessary repair to vehicle purchased from other dealer fifty miles away. Service was professional, and quote was clear and reasonable. I question Herb Chambers Mission Statement. I bought my I question Herb Chambers Mission Statement. I bought my 2005 Dodge Caravan at Herb Chamber in Danvers and had it serviced there for 5 years. Recently I question Herb Chambers Mission Statement. I bought my 2005 Dodge Caravan at Herb Chamber in Danvers and had it serviced there for 5 years. Recently the check engine light came on, so I brought the Caravan in for service. I dropped it off 9:00AM they had the vehicle all day but stated they fixed the Evap hose cost $59.95. A few days later the check engine light came on, I took it to a local repair shop and they came up with the same code and advised me to bring it back and have them do a “smoke test” on it. When I call and requested the repairs be corrected I was told a smoke test was already performed which later was found not to have been done. When I brought the vehicle back and the necessary test was done the issue was the gas tank needed to be replaced, cost $1235.00. Two days later the caravan is fixed. That night it is repaired it breaks down on Rt 93 at 9:30PM and is leaking gas with my wife and children in it. Well I have it towed back to the dealership. The next morning I call and unfortunately the tow company dropped it off at the Herb Chamber Chevy dealership across the street and not the Dodge and the service depart requires me to call tow company and have it deliver to correct dealer. After voicing my dissatisfaction I have the tow company deliver it. The dealership agrees to pay for a rental for my inconvenience for one day and the towing after I brought it up. Two hours later they call saying the caravan is fixed. No cost. Now the 7 year 70,000 mile warranty is good till June 2012 but the van has little over 74,000 miles which renders the warranty invalid. Now the service department wants me to believe that their poor service and inability to fix the issue correct the first time is not the problem it is just the wear and tear on the parts. So it must be Dodge quality. A Evap hose takes 9 hours to fix, Gas tank replaced 2 days but leak in gas tank when dealer paying for rental 2 hours. HHHMMM? Which leaves me with: 1) Not buying a Dodge in the future 2) Definitely not buying or servicing any vehicle from Herb Chambers Brian Frost More

On Monday, Jan 25, 2011 upon driving to work my 2007 Dodge Charger began to overheat, the temperature gauge shot up and stayed on high. I shut the car off, then restarted and was able to drive directly to the Herb Chambers Dodge in Danvers on Route 114. Dave Wilson was highly professional and immediately took the car in to be looked at. The whole service team was completely thorough and the problem was diagnosed and corrected. The car seems to be running better than ever! It was an overall great experience and I would recommend this service department to anyone. More
