Over 6 MONTHS AGO I went in for a replacement key that was supposed to be covered under my service agreement. I dealt with Henry, who assured me it would be handled. Since then, I’ve spoken to Henry, Nick, Michelle (the salesperson who sold me my Chevy Equinox), and even Susan, the service director. Every single one of them has promised me this would be taken care of. Guess what? Half a year later, NOTHING has been done. I paid for this in my agreement. I did my part. Meanwhile, they’ve done absolutely nothing except lie, pass me around, and waste my time. Their customer service is a complete joke. This dealership is quick to take your money but when it comes time to honor what you PAID for, they disappear, dodge responsibility, and feed you empty promises. If this is how Herb Chambers treats loyal customers, then people need to know. I would NEVER buy another vehicle here, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. @Chevrolet @GM — this is how your dealerships are treating customers who trusted your brand. I’ve been more than patient, I’ve followed every step, and I’m still being ignored. Is this really the “Chevy family” experience you’re proud of?
