Herb Chambers Of Burlington was the best choice I could have made when choosing to get a pre owned certified Honda. I am very picky and had a lot of specifications that I wanted with my car. At any of dealer I would have been to that many of my specialfications were not realistic with my budget. Greg took the time to find the perfect car for me and show me all of my options to fit my needs. I will deinfetly be recommending them to all my friends and family!

My Review of Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington:
I currently am driving my 4th Honda purchased at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington. That right there should tell you everything. The sales and finance people have made each purchase a great experience. I tell everyone about "my" car dealership. I also have my cars serviced at Herb Chambers. My most recent trip in was for a sticker and an oil change. As always, a friendly group of customer service people leads to an enjoyable experience. The best part for me is the free car wash and vacuum. I never have any worries when I leave there. THX Herb Chambers. I'll be back.

All employees were exceptionally friendly..even the ones I didn't deal directly with. They made my experience enjoyable and I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know. I will also be back to make my future automobile purchases. The employees went to great lengths to make sure I was happy and satisfied.

I was very impressed with the friendliness of my salesperson. I felt no pressure and he never once tried to pressure me into buying a car that I wasn't absolutely sure on. I visited three times and discussed three different cars before chosing my Cr-V.

My Review of Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington:
I have purchased two cars from Herb Chambers in Burlington. They have gone above and beyond what I expected when it comes to sales and service. I am very happy with them as a dealership, and my Honda Civic is a wonderful car. I rate this dealership as excellent because of the service and the fact that they stand behind their vehicles.
I had my wheels stolen (get those wheel locks folks!) and Herb Chambers service department coordinated the pickup of my vehicle, and the installation of new wheels. They special ordered the alloy rims that originally came with my vehicle, and made this so much easier on me.
Laurie has always gone the extra mile for me also. She will sell you a vehicle, and stand behind you after the sale is through. I know that I can personally count on Laurie to answer questions regarding my vehicle, its present value, and any service needs.
Thank you Herb Chambers for your honesty and your hands on approach to your customers. You have made me a customer for life.

Since I purchased my 2007 Honda Accord from Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington in September 2007, I have had the opportunity to visit the Service Department on a few occasions for periodic oil change(s), a nail in my tire and vehicle service warranty checkups. I have always been greeted courteously and professionally by the Service Department personnel, especially by Christopher Glen, Jessica Johnson and Christine. They will make sure your vehicle is serviced properly, ask if you have had any issues with your vehicle and make sure your service is performed in a quick and timely fashion. They will give you an estimate of how long a wait it will be before your vehicle service is completed and make sure your auto is returned clean and the service required is performed properly. If a part is needed for your auto and it is not in stock, they will place the order for you and make sure you know when the part will be available for installation via a telephone call but you will be given an estimate prior to leaving the dealership. (I needed to replace my center console on the dashboard--it was defective--the part was delivered within a week and the installation service was prompt and efficient.) I highly recommend the Service Department at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington. You will not be disappointed if you work with Christopher Glen, Jessica Johnson or Christine.

My Review of Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington:
In August 2007, I was looking to replace my 1997 Toyota Camry. I wanted to replace it with a 2004-2007 Honda Accord or Civic. I met with Joe Santosuosso who referred me to Laurie Cantwell. Laurie listened to my needs and found me a new 2007 Honda Accord, in my price range, the color I desired and with the options I wanted within a week. Laurie made me feel like a valued customer during my search, during my purchase and continues to make me feel like a valued customer by calling me a few times a year to remind me it's time to renew my inspection sticker. to wish me a happy anniversary on my purchase date and wish me a happy birthday on my actual birth date. Laurie will check in to make sure that I am still happy with my purchase and reminds me that if I should have any problems at all, to let her know and she will assist me with quick resolution. To date, I have had no such issues. I am completely confident with my purchase and continue to feel safe and secure in my 2007 Honda Accord. If you are in the market for a new or used car, I highly recommend Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington Sales. Make sure you request Laurie Cantwell. She will not disappoint you.

I purchased my Honda Accord new in 2004. Since then all service has been done by Herb Chambers of Burlinton. I have recieved great service since that time. Recently I had new rear brakes installed and was very pleased with the work. I always refer people to buy there Hondas at this dealership. Laurie Cantwell in sales was very helpful with purchasing the car.

I was going to do the clunker program I had visited other dealers and I was in the part were I said to myself never mind I will not go thru the proses of changing vehicles, until I went to Herb Chambers in Burlington and were I meat with the sales employee Mel Angelo he was very pleasant, convincing very helpful and most IMPORTANT what I didn't find in the other dealership he was so friendly he convinced me and also introduced me with a very pleasant finance employee Greg also a very happy and helpful finance person and here I am with my new 2009 Honda accord i love it. thanks to the friendliness and helpfulness I got from herb Chambers employees.

I went to service my old car, when I was sitting for the car to be serviced, my silly questions were answered with friendly approach and I traded my 2007 Honda CRV to 2009 Honda CRV.My customer service personell was so good and easy to talk and she was ready to calculate and tell me everything.
