I was at the dealer two times this week, and though a bit frustrating for me (since my battery died and I needed to get it jumped, etc.), the service department was very patient and helpful. They were understanding of the problem and did the appropriate research to help figure it out. I am hopeful that it will start up tomorrow a.m. Thanks.
The customer service is the best! They explain everything clearly. The service hours is 7 days a week and allow the walk-in service so I can have the service done whenever fits my schedule best.
