Very unusual dealership. It is like buying a car at a flea market. Their business model is buyer beware. I bought a 2 year old Honda. The price was very fair. The process was exhausting. Their contention is that they price things to sell so they do not make any adjustments. I wanted to finance the car with my credit union. I would give them a deposit to hold the car. They said fine, but if someone wants the car before you get back with the money we will sell it. Odd at the least. Then I asked what the absolute lowest interest rate that they had available for great credit ratings. They refused to answer that. They did all their offers off a rate of 4.99. So they are basically holding me hostage. Finally one of the finance guys comes over to talk to me and tried to explain how they did business and it was simply, either buy it or someone else will. The car had a wheel that was all scratched. They refused to fix it and they refused to adjust the price so I could fix it. If you think buying a car is painful, you have experienced nothing until you buy a car here. I have no problem with the salesman who was forthcoming about how they did business. He was a nice guy and did everything he said that he would I just want you to know that this is not your typical dealership who believes in satisfying a customer. More

I had to take the vehicle back three times for the same service. After purchasing the car, new tires had to be placed. Car was shaking when reached 62 miles. Had it balanced 3 times! The first 2 times we were told someone took it for a ride and it was fine. My third visit Carl went fir a ride before attempted to balance the tires again, per our request. Finally repaired but still not 100% without a shake at 62 month. More
