On memorial day weekend, my husband and I visited Herb Chambers of Seekonk to purchase a car for my daughter in law and to trade in our vehicles we purchased a few years ago at the same dealership. We have bought 4 cars already from this dealership and I called Scott Birtles in advance of our visit. When we arrived, we were introduced to Jeff Betelho who was wonderful to work with. He was patient, listened to our needs and wasn't pushy. Jeff may be new to car sales, but he has the right attitude and knows how to work with people as individuals. He will have a great career selling cars if he chooses to. We were glad he was our sales person. He has already called us a few times to be sure we are happy and answer any questions that we may have.

I drive all the way from Grafton, MA, even though there's a Herb Chambers Honda dealership only a few miles from our home. Why? The service is outstanding, no one is pushy and we always feel we have received great value for our investment. Scott Birtles, the manager of Herb Chambers of Seekonk puts integrity in car sales that has been lacking throughout the industry. We are happy and proud to be customers.

We live in Plymouth, Massachusetts, where there's a new Honda dealer. We gave them and Herb Chambers Honda the same opportunity: give us the best possible price the first time on a new 2013 Honda EX-L. Whoever gives us the best offer wins; no quibbling, no second chances. The Plymouth dealer was much closer to us distance-wise, but the 1997 Honda CR-V we traded was bought at Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk and our Lexus was also bought from a Herb Chambers dealership. Herb Chambers Honda in this purchase situation came out about $400 lower and there was a startling difference in professionalism (think the comparison of hospitals in Boston with any other hospitals anywhere). These guys are great, start to finish. The experience was fast, totally professional, and customer-focused. They even gave us $1000 for our '97 which had almost 393,000 miles on it. Perfect car, fantastic dealership. Go. Our sales person was Andrew Beaulieu who is the best; ask for him by name and mention Jeff Berger's review.

Krista was a very personable salesperson. She is intelligent and knowledgable about the inventory and finance. She is an asset to the Herb Chambers team. Good luck to Krista with all her future sales. We will be recommending her.

Our wait with the finance office was too long. It almost terminated the deal.-4 hours.BAD!!

Good experience. Dean was responsive, patient and very personable.
I would have liked a better price on the trade-in but that was not up to Dean. He did the best he could to get me the best price possible.
I would recommend Dean to any of my friends looking for a Honda.

The finance guy did make a mistake though.He had forget to refund me my deposit when I paid the downpayment.
Dean was very responsive in getting me the refund as quick as possible.

Christopher's attitude and enthusiasm was great from the start. He was able to assess our needs quickly and made us feel very comfortable during what can be a stressful process. We were looking for an affordable option for our college student. He worked diligently to get us the best deal possible and we walked with a 2013 Honda Civic that we love! I would highly recommend both this dealership, and specifically Christopher, to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Chris was immediately prepared to help my wife and I through the search and final decision process. Never a great experience, and in this case the trade in allowance for my wife's 2000 Honda Accord Coupe EX V6 was not very attractive. Nonetheless, with Chris' help we were able to assemble an offering that we felt was acceptable. The timelines were met and Chris remained at work after hours to meet with us when we picked up the Civic Hybrid. The overall experience was very good. Thank you! I went to the dealership for service on my 2008 CRV and was approached by Andrew Beaulieu about purchasing a new car. I had absolutely no intention of purchasing a new car but Andrew pointed out the offers/benefits of buying a new CRV at this time, without the pushy sales pitch. The price, trade-in offer, interest rate and other incentives were all just too good to pass up. However, that is not where the story ends. After registering the car and transferring the plates, the dealership was unable to issue an inspection sticker due to the overly worn plates from my 2008 CRV. I work really long hours and had no idea how I was going to get to the registry to get new plates. So Andrew offered to take care of it for me. He didn't have to do this (I had already purchased the car) but he came to where I work, got the plates from the car, went to the Fall River registry (twice!!), attached the new plates, drove the car to the dealership to get the inspection sticker and finally drove it back to where I work. Now that is service!!! I can't say enough about Andrew and highly recommend him if you're in the market for a new Honda. I'm grateful for such a good deal but more grateful that there are people out there like Andrew Beaulieu who go above and beyond to help someone out!
