My Review of Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk:
In August of 1992, the first weekend the dealership opened, my husband and I purchased our first Honda Accord. Since then, we have purchased six other Honda's (4 Accords, 1 Civic and 1 Pilot.)

We have had all of our service performed at this dealership from day one. The service staff has always been courteous and knowledgeable. If we had any issues Peter Slota or the prior service managers always followed thru to resolve them quickly.

Sales Manager, Scott Birtles, has and continues to recognize us as a repeat customer and has made each sales experience an enjoyable one.
I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I went to Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk for maint service And tire change, they have great customer service, I called for oppoinment and I went there the same day, the had everything ready paper work and a loaner car, they called me when the car was ready, they axplianed the work they did on the car, the car was washed and clean.

My Review of Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk:
I was familiar with the dealership but had not shopped there. We decided to give it a try and were introduced to Jose in Sales as soon as we came through the door. He listened to what we wanted and then led us to exactly what we had described. We decided to negotiate a sale with him and were pleasantly surprised by his easy going approach. He provided info when we asked and left us alone when we wanted to speak privately. We came to terms in a very short time and my wife and I walked away feeling that we had gotten a fair deal.

We picked up the car, clean and prepped, the next evening. Jose was not available that day but they had Dave give us the training session. He was great.

We finished off with the finance person (unfortunately I have forgotten his name) and were again impressed with the combination of professionalism and friemndliness we encountered.

All in all, a much better than expected experience. I will recommend Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk without hesitation.

I have been dealing with Herb Chambers of Honda since 1998. Everyone from management to service have always been pleasant and helpful. This time I was turning in a lease car and considering leasing a new one. David had all the pertinent information prepared when I came in to discuss my options. He gave me several choices and explained the details. Paperwork and processing were completed easily. When I picked up the car it was clean and ready on time. Scott took the time to thank me for my business.

I want to thank the staff @ Herb Chambers of Seekonk, MA, again, for their outstanding sales and customer service. I have purchased what I believe to be 10 cars from your dealership over 12-13 years. Having said that, I have dealt with Scott Birtles, General Manager, for all of them. He along with Jose Albuquerque and others in the sales department have made these purchases as quick and painless as anyone could ask for. They are very efficient with delivery, and EVERY, aspect of making the customer feel good about buying a car. The service department is also without question top notch in, as I have said, the many years I have been a customer. If I have any issues Peter has always addressed them in a very professional and courteous manner. I will continue to recommend your dealership to family and friends. 5 Stars. Well Done!!

My Review of Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk:
I have been a customer at Herb Chambers of Seekonk since 2003 when I purchased a new Honda Accord. I bought my daughter's first vehicle here as well--a used 2004 Honda Accord Coupe. In the 6 years they have been servicing our vehicles, I have never encountered a problem. In the service department, Tim Islip, Victor and Paul G. are the BEST. They are friendly, extremely helpful and very professional. They go out of their way to accommodate their customers upon arrival, in the waiting area and upon completion of service. I really appreciate my car getting washed after each visit.
Living in Providence, R. I., Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk is less than 15 minutes away and the service hours are extensive. I can assure you when purchasing my next vehicle it will be at this dealership.
Scott Birtles, the General Manager, in my opinion is the reason this dealership is so successful and has the GREAT reputation it has built over the years. He's always available and seems to handle all matters that he oversees with a cool hand.

Service Dept personnel are very customer focused and take time to understand what the customer needs are. I have worked with different people in the service dept (Tim Islip, Victor Sousa and others)and the experience is always a good one. Even though this dealership is a little far from where I live and work, I keep coming back due to the previous service experience at this dealership.

General Manager Scott Birtles and Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk, Massachusetts are both worthy of THE ABSOLUTE BEST rating available. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years, including other Honda dealerships, and I will say unequivocally that Scott Birtles and Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk represent THE BEST OF THE BEST in the automotive industry because they are TOTALLY attuned to the wants, needs and desires of the automotive customer. It is understandable why this particular dealership in the rather "sleepy" town of Seekonk, Massachusetts is nonetheless one of the busiest Honda dealerships on the eastern seaboard... after customers find this dealership (about 12 minutes East of Providence, Rhode Island), have the opportunity to do business with Scott Birtles and his outstanding, well trained staff and return to this dealership for the follow up service and maintenance from their top notch service department, it is no wonder why this particular dealership is booming and brimming with a TON of business and tremendous repeat and referral business as well. Scott Birtles and Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk clearly differentiate themselves from the rest of the "pack" in the automotive industry because they take the time to REALLY listen to what the customer requires, all the way from the pre-buying stage and through every other step of the car purchasing/ owning experience. This General Manager, Scott Birtles, and the dealership that he oversees, Herb Chambers of Seekonk, are the true model of automotive excellence. I personally would not deal with any other Honda dealership but this one. Kudos to Herb Chambers for what he, Scott Birtles and their superior staff have accomplished and maintained during one of our most trying economic periods in America's history. Thank you VERY, VERY much for making my "Honda experience" 100% satisfactory!!!!!
