Take your business elsewhere!! I was looking to purchase a car and this dealership had exactly the one I was looking for. I went in to test drive it and then wanted to purchase it. They were insistent I nee a car and this dealership had exactly the one I was looking for. I went in to test drive it and then wanted to purchase it. They were insistent I needed to finance through them and were being very difficult to work with when I wanted to go through my bank, who had a much lower rate. After they sent my bank a purchase agreement and my bank issuing the loan, I said I could come in and purchase it. They insisted I needed a check directly from my bank, something that’s not common practice. My bank immediately issued a cashier’s check and mailed it to them overnight. Meanwhile, the dealership told me to get the car added to my insurance, as this was required to purchase. The next morning I called the dealership because the check showed it arrived and was told they sold the car to someone else the night prior. I had spoken to the sales agent at 7pm the night before and there was no mention of someone looking at the car. I had taken out a loan for this vehicle already and gotten it insured! They were completely unapologetic about the whole situation and told me there was nothing they could or would do and they weren’t willing to mail the check back to my bank so I could have the funds back. Completely disgraceful business practices going on at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk. If you’re buying a car, please go elsewhere! More

I visited Herb Chambers of Seekonk after my car was deemed a total loss. Ryan made everything easy, and I was able to take the vehicle home that day! I don't live near Seekonk, so this was extremely co deemed a total loss. Ryan made everything easy, and I was able to take the vehicle home that day!
