Best Dealership! I had received an email about returning my 2017 lease early for a 2020. John was able to accommodate me perfectly with only a small increase in payme I had received an email about returning my 2017 lease early for a 2020. John was able to accommodate me perfectly with only a small increase in payment. We also had a 2016 CR-V that was severely over mileage and we settled on a 2020 HR-V; although smaller than our CR-V it was OK. John then let me know that a new 2019 EX-L CR-V was cancelled and was able to put me in that loaded vehicle for also a small increase in payment. John gets a 10+ from me and I hope to deal with him again when these come due or my daughter needs a vehicle. Thanks again John for the attention to my overall needs. More

bait and switch Drove 140 miles to look at Honda Ridgeline vehicles that I was told were new and in stock (3). Made an appointment for 11 A.M March 14. At 10:45 A. Drove 140 miles to look at Honda Ridgeline vehicles that I was told were new and in stock (3). Made an appointment for 11 A.M March 14. At 10:45 A.M.,as I was driving in the driveway of the dealership, the sales person sent me an email to my computer which was in my office telling me the car I was coming to see was sold last night What about the other two vehicles. One was used; the other apparently had some body damage and could not be driven. These cars were advertised as new. They tried to sell me the used Ridgeline with 5500 miles and the price was $1000 less than the new Ridgeline. I promptly left the dealership and will never do business with Herb Chambers dealerships regardless of the make or model car they sell. More
