I’ve been very pleased with this dealership over the years and today I felt confident there were no tricks or surprises coming. Last weekend and again today I dealt with a sales agent named Ara. He wasn’t at all pushy and did not talk in circles. Instead he was very pleasant and easy to work with. The whole team at the dealership from Scott Birtles, the GM, to Brian Delsesto, the Business Manager, and Ara Yaghsizian, the Sales and Leasing Consultant, worked together to create a welcoming atmosphere and a smooth buying experience. Ara made sure we understood the car’s features, took us on a leisurely test drive and walked us through the buying process. He was courteous, knowledgeable and exhibited a good sense of humor. Brian assisted us with our financing and protection options in a low key and objective way. Scott spent time with us to make sure we were receiving the assistance we needed and thanked us for our business as we left. We received a fair trade in offer and excellent price on the new CRV.
