I'm writing to praise the superb service that Sean Desilva provides me every time I take my car in for servicing. He explains everything, answers my questions, tells me what I need and what I don't ne Desilva provides me every time I take my car in for servicing. He explains everything, answers my questions, tells me what I need and what I don't need, closely monitors the progress of the mechanics working on my car, and won't hesitate to provide me with an Uber to take me home when the work is more extensive that first thought. He is an island of calm in a sea of chaos at that dealership. I can't imagine working with anyone but him. He goes out of his way to guide me through the whole process.
