A Great experience! I worked with Sean previously on the car I was about to trade in. Sean sat patiently with us, looking for my particulars. I always buy certified Lexus vehicles; unfortunately, there were none in stock this time. I had seen a UX out in the showroom, so I asked Sean about it. He gave me a comparison between the UX and the NX. He asked me to take it for a test drive. I loved it. SOLD! Sean was great through the entire process. He took his time with me at the time of delivery and explained all the accessories, etc. He made the entire process a true pleasure. Thank you! More
