We've been clients of Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon since 2008. I feel that Eric has brought the service dept. back to where it was prior to Covid and that's a very good place. Outstanding service. I needed an inspection sticker only to find out that my 2 front tires on the inside tread were very bad. It was a good thing as I did feel something I needed an inspection sticker only to find out that my 2 front tires on the inside tread were very bad. The fact that they are so biv os sometimes burdensome. They work hard to overcome that but sonetimes they are just not successful.
