Hassle Free dealership!! I couldn't be any happier with my entire experience. I HATE buying new cars. The hassle of haggling and nonsense of a pushy car sales person has to be I couldn't be any happier with my entire experience. I HATE buying new cars. The hassle of haggling and nonsense of a pushy car sales person has to be the worse. However when my husband and I meet with our sales consultant, Paul Calder he made us feel very comfortable, no pressure, no hassle just pure patience. He did everything he could do to get us what we wanted. Just when I thought I couldn't be happier, We were pleasantly surprised with the work of his Business Manager Jim Lewis. Our payment was dropped down $50 and the percent rate went down by 3%!!! That put me $5.00 less then my original car payment I traded in. We will go back again when it's time for my husbands upgrade. My husband and I both ended up buying a 2016 Lincoln MKC cars from Bill Owen. I bought a gorgeous red color and my husband a stunning silver. We were given very fair trades on our current own vehicles. They are very professional and knowledgable at this dealership. Bill is great at his job and has a great memory he remembered my husband from years past when he came in with his son looking at cars. We felt very relaxed and was not pressured by Bill at all. Bill took the time staying late one night to go over all the technology of the car with me. Since the purchase he has followed up to make sure everything is going well.
