My first experience buying a new Porsche from this car dealer was not good. I was promised a set of mats for the car as part of the deal but they were not given to me at delivery. I was then promised the dealer was not good. I was promised a set of mats for the car as part of the deal but they were not given to me at delivery. I was then promised the mats would be given to me when the car was registered but again no mats and I was told they were out of stock. That story then changed to “I forgot” but again I was promised they would contact me the next day with a tracking number as they were being shipped. Again they did not follow through. In addition the delivery explanation of the car was short, incomplete, and confusing. They did get a second chance at this and it was marginally better. Bottom line, once they have your money they no longer care and move on to the next sale. More

I called service and they sent a loaner vehicle for me and a tow truck for the car within minutes. I was on my way within an hour! I found them courteous, caring and EFFICIENT!
