I was in the market for a car on my own for the first time and was very anxious about the experience. My father helped me out with the initial investigation and from the beginning, Ryan was actively helpful and honest. He was friendly throughout the experience and took my budget into consideration when helping me set up my lease. He was very patient with my questions, many of which were probably very obvious to experienced car purchasers. He continued to be receptive to questions after the sale and ensured me that he would be available for further assistance throughout the life of my lease. More

I have tried this place several times, looking for a new Toyota. I found them to employ high pressure techniques to try to effect an immediate sale. Since hearing all the news about multiple Toyota recalls I was very concerned about my Camry. There was an accelerator issue that I felt was a priority and wanted to attend to it. I called the service dep I was very concerned about my Camry. There was an accelerator issue that I felt was a priority and wanted to attend to it. I called the service department at Herb Chambers Toyota and voiced my concern and anxiety regarding the media reports I was hearing. The receptionist put me through to their service manager, Jim Pope. Jim proceeded to explain the issue calmly and invited me in (no appointment necessary) to perform the recall service on the Camry accelerator pedal. Immediately I went to the dealership, met Jim Pope who turned me over to Paul Caminiti, who then took care of everything else. It went great, they performed the repair, washed my car, and got me back on the road in about 45 minutes. They were wonderful. It was a very professional atmosphere; I recommend them. More
