In fact after we bought the car, we returned it the next day as my wife felt she could not keep it without a power seat on the drivers side. We asked if the seat could be modified but it could not. Lucas noticed the truck dropping off more new Trax and found the solution by putting us in a more upgraded model. We were so thrilled to get one that would handle our needs. How this dealership is still in business is beyond me. I had a trade in assessment completed on Cars.Com and it routed me to a response from Herb Connolly Chevrolet. Cars.com stated that the dealer would I had a trade in assessment completed on Cars.Com and it routed me to a response from Herb Connolly Chevrolet. Cars.com stated that the dealer would reach out. They didn't. For my own sanity check I went to the Herb Connolly Chevrolet website and completed the "Value your Trade" link which given the same specs and details got them to make an offer on the same exact vehicle for 5K less than from cars.com. So I would strongly recommend people shop around and make sure they aren't taken advantage of. More
