THE SERVICE DEPT. AT HERB CONNELLY HAS CONTINUED TO NOT JUST MEET MY EXPECTATIONS BUT EXCEED THEM,EVERYTIME!THE WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED ON TIME AND I'VE BEEN UPDATED THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS,NEVER ANY SURPRISES.MY VEHICLE IS RETURNED TO ME CLEANER THAN IT GOES IN,INSIDE AND OUT.EVERY EMPLOYEE THAT I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH HAS ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP AND HAS BEEN MORE THAN PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SERVICE DEPT.

I was very happy with my first service experience. Service was promt and all the staff was very friendly. I felt the service people went the extra distance in everything they did. I also like the fact that I received a quick car wash and vaccum job.

I was in for a tire repair. I noticed they checked and properly inflated the other 3 tires. That type of care and concern is what will keep me coming back. Most places do the bare minimum. I like that your dealrship did not. I hope it continues. I will be a customer as long as you do.

Herb Connolly has built up a level of trust that I wouldn't bring my vehicles to anyone else. Always treated fairly and the work is done right and in a timely way. I have been bringing my cars there for 5 years now and I have never had to bring it back nor have I felt like i wwasn't treated fairly.

When I called to discuss my problem the female employee with whom I spoke was pleasant and personable. The appointment was made for exactly when I wanted to come in, and she offered me a ride home if I needed one. When I dropped off there were several employees standing around and one of them immediately smiled, came over, and greeted me. The service rep called me to let me know what was going on with my car the day they were working on it and it was ready when promised.

My husband has been using HC for service for awhile now with very good feedback, so...I decided that I would bring my car in - with the coupons I received online - and get my tires rotated and an oil change. As it turned out, I also needed a front brake job. Suffice to say, everything was completed by the end of the day and the final "icing on the cake" was the detailing on my car...it looks brand new...great job! But what will bring me back to the dealership is Jay. He was wonderful to deal with - very professional, responsive and pleasant. After all - it's all about service isn't it!

i have been going to this dealership for 8 years and have always been pleased with everyone there. when repairs were needed un warranty, they always gave me a loaner car or gave me rides via the their shuttle so that i wouldn't miss work. they have been professional at all times. i would and have, recommended them to others. they are a five star dealership.!!!!!

I needed an oil change badly & called @ the last minute on Thursday. The women on the phone was great & she gave me a 10:30am Appt for Sat. I explained that I have a Saturn & I didnt want to go to Norwood or Lowell because I have had bad experiences with them. She assured me this dealship was great!! When I showed up the Service Guy was so nice & friendly. Didnt hurt that he was a cutie either ;-) I had never been @ this dealership before so I wasnt sure how things were run. He walked me throught the whole thing. I waited no problem in the waiting area for my car & my car was done in no time. I love the fact that after paying for 3 or 4 oil changes I will get one free. I will definitely be back for service!!!

This dealership has always handled my truck service will promptness and quality of work. When I had an issue with the brake lights they made sure I was satisfied. I showed up late and the salesman let me in to pick it up. They answer all my questions and I never feel pressured to have extra work.
