I'm so pleased with the over all friendly, knowledgable, sincere service I received from the people of Herb Connelly Chevrolet. I really didn't think I could get a loan for an inexpensive economical car; especially after being turned down at other dealerships. I'm very impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction. Herb Connolly IS by far THE best dealership around; and I've dealt with many in the past and none succumb to Herb Connelly. Thank you all for a fast and very friendly service. I highly recommend herb Connelly. :) I love my new Malibu!!!

My Review of Herb Connolly Chevrolet:
It's very refreshing to get such a high level of customer service these days. My new car was purchased with ease, at a great price and I was quoted exactly the number I was looking for on my trade in. Lou Bove did a great job, and always responded quickly and accurately to my questions (even at 8PM, when I just expected to leave a voicemail for the morning). And, on the topic of phone conversations, Lou always remembered exactly who I was, what I was buying and what the status of the transaction. I'm used to re-explaining myself on every call, but this was not required here, and I definitely appreciated it. As for the car, I came in knowing exactly what I wanted: the model, trim level, color, etc. and this exact configuration is what I ended up with. I'm glad I chose Herb Connolly and Lou Bove.

John Goslow: I want you to know that I had the best experience and the most wonderful Cruze Car that I ever had experienced. He got the Car that my husband and I was looking for. The color was right and the Interior was beautiful. The price was right on Target.
In one week I got the car that I wanted the most. John Goslow is a wonderful salesman.

It was time to replace my old vehicle, I was looking at getting another used vehicle, not thinking I could afford a new vehicle. I spoke with Lou Bove thru emails and on the phone before actually going to the dealership. When I arrived Lou already had prepared for me pricing on not only the used vehicles I was looking at but on a new vehicle similar to what I had. This helped me to realize I would save so much on future repairs and have a brand new vehicle to boot. I requested a price on a pickup to see where that would leave me and lo and behold I now have my 2012 Silverado in my driveway instead of a 2004 or 2005 vehicle and i have no worries ... Thanks Lou and all the guys at Herb Connolly from Financing to the Service Dept which I have always had good luck with

I was shopping for a 2012 Chevy Equinox while walking around the Herb Connelly Chevy lot in Framingham, MA and was approached by Vinnie Bremmenkamp in a very friendly and welcoming manner with absolutely no pressure. The impression I got was so positive that I knew right than that Vinnie was going to be my salesmen. I knew this was the guy I could trust to get the deal done.

True enough, over a month later and after I went round and round with other dealers and thru a series of crazy coincidences and timing, I ended up coming back to Vinnie.

I felt like Vinnie fought to get me the best deal possible and I'm very pleased with all of the Herb Connelly Chevy gang. I look forward to sending them many referrals and am proud to be part of the Herb Connelly family.

Vinnie, the Sales Teams and Financing guys all made the whole process painless and fast. That's exactly why I'm strongly recommending Vinnie Bremmenkamp and Herb Connelly.

My Review of Herb Connolly Chevrolet:
I purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox from Herb Connolly Chevrolet in Framingham, MA. First let me say that I have always bought a foreign made vehicle because they were more appealing and reliable than the american made cars. When my car was totaled, I needed to start searching for a replacement. Just by chance, the rental vehicle given to me was a 2012 Equinox. I enjoyed this vehicle so much, I started to research the Equinox and moved away from the pricey BMW and Acura vehicles. I went to another Chevrolet dealership and was on a return visit to purchase my 2010 Equinox, when I had a second encounter with the sales manager who irritated me on my first visit. I ended up walking out of that dealership and started looking for different one. I came across Herb Connolly dealership on the internet and sent in an email. Even though I live in Rhode Island, I did not mind taking the drive to Framingham. I actually grew up there. The email was answered right away by Kristen(I think) who said a sales rep would contact me soon. Within the hour I received an email from Lou Bove a sales rep from Herb Connolly. He stated that he could find me a vehicle with all my needs and provided contact information. Because it was late afternoon on a Saturday I decided to wait until the next day to go and check out the dealership. I met with Lou and again told him what I was looking for. I wanted a 2012 Equinox with black leather seats and in dash navigation. I had looked at a 2010 metallic gray Equinox elsewhere and loved that color, but they did not have it in the 2012. Lou looked at his inventory on line and then took me out to see the vehicle he had in mind. The color is Gray stone metallic and it was perfect. The interior was black leather and it had in dash Navigation. There is a sun roof and the back has an automatic lift gate. I was sold right there. I did not have to look at anything else. The whole process was quick and painless. Two days later I was picking up my vehicle. Lou had it cleaned up and ready to go. He went over everything! I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank-you Herb Connolly and Lou Bove...I LOVE my Equinox!!
