My Review Of Herb Gordon Nissan:

Went to this dealer to investigate a Nissan Marano. Right off the bat they brought out two vehicles, one with the color wanted, the other the features for a test drive. No hassle pricing. Did just what they said the would do and were very friendly too. They went out ot their way to get the vehicle I wanted. If anything they were overly helpful. All in all a great experience by a very PROFESSIONAl, friendly, staff.

My Review Of Herb Gordon Nissan:

I inquired about a Nissan Leaf online and Bruce got back to me promptly with a quote for the lease I was looking for. While it wasn't in our price range, I decided to go in and try the vehicle out. The test drive went great and while we ultimately decided to not go with the Leaf at the moment, Bruce remained a consummate professional providing a zero-pressure sales experience that both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed. There was absolutely no convincing, swaying, or uncomfortable sales positioning by Bruce. We simply told him our thoughts on our test drive, chatted a bit, and then left. It was by far our best "non-buying" experience thus far.

If it wasn't for our car preference, we would have definitely loved to buy a car from Bruce. If you're in the market for a Nissan, I'd highly recommend reaching out to him.

My Review Of Herb Gordon Nissan:

As always since 1982 I have dealt with and continue dealing with Herb Gordon Nissan regarding both new car purchases and service and as always I continue to receive professional top notch service. On March 12 I took my 2011 Rogue in for 3,000 mile service and asked that the wheel alignment be checked. The next day I received a call from Bob Larson who is the follow up person that goes over all the shop tickets, calls each customer individually and asks how happy you are with the way Herb Gordon Nissan treated you and are you satisfied with the work that was performed. When Bob called me and asked those same 2 exact questions my response back to him was "it's funny you asked" because I was in the process of bringing my Rogue back to Herb Gordon to ascertain why the wheel alignment wasn't done or completed correctly. In our conversation he let me explain in detail the problems I still faced and said to me "I know it will be an imposition but would you be so kind as to bring your vehicle back to Herb Gordon at your convenience so we can revisit, fix and complete the necessary repair(s)which I told him I'll be more than happy to do. At this point in the game anyone who ever experienced any problems regarding service, Bob Larson is the man who will put you ease, create the solution and make it happen. This man knows customer service forwards and backwards! So, I bring the Rogue back in and the outside write-up person on my arrival asked what the problem was and I told him Bob Larson asked that I bring it back to get the wheel alignment re-checked and completed right. At that point Lynn Fritz comes out and asked me what was wrong and I knew she was definitely concerned because I had just been there previously and I explained that the wheel alignment was not exactly right. She stayed right on top of it the entire time and during my wait I introduced myself to Bob Larson and we had a very enjoyable conversation and he apologized for my inconvenience of having to bring the Rogue back in to get the service done a second time and made it a point of letting me know his door is always wide open and the next time I stop in please stop by and say hi. This exemplary kind of customer service and upbeat attitude by everyone is what makes Herb Gordon Nissan #1 and that's what keeps me returning. There is no way anyone could compare any other dealership against Herb Gordon Nissan. Let me just say it like this, Herb Gordon Nissan has spoiled me over the past 31 years!

My Review Of Herb Gordon Nissan:

I set up an appointment for the 1st service of my 2013 Nissan Altima. Although I purchased the vehicle out of stae and with another dealership, Herb Gordon Nissan personnel could not have been more helpful or friendly.

I was at their dealership on time, served within 2 minutes, and the wait until the service was done was very good - hot coffee, donuts, TV (which could have been a little lower as I was reading, but that is nothing).

The car was completely serviced and washed in under an hour, and Jose Cruz was very good at explaining everything. From the time I checked in until the time I left I felt lilke a very valued customer, and I wil continue to use this dealership for all future servicing of my Nissan.

Just purchased a car from this dealership after having abysmal experiences with several other local dealerships (imagine the most high-pressure, cheesey sales people around and that's what we had to deal with prior to coming to Herb Gordon Nissan). Our experience with this dealership was totally different. The sales staff were professional, friendly and informative. They took time to explain everything about the purchase and contract. Would recommend highly.

To the Herb Gordon Nissan Family

I have been going to herb Gordon for the last seven years an in the last seven years I have worked with many employees. My most recent time was the best time and the most education I have received about my car. As a woman we know how people get over on us when it comes to fixing our cars, but Jose Cruz took his time to explain everything. He explained the parts I needed, why I needed them along with what that part does and why it is important to get it fixed. He made me feel good and smart and for the fist time understood my car better. I would recommend Herb Gordon Nissan to anyone, but if you go there you must ask for Jose Cruz he is awesome. Thank you so much Mr. Cruz, I look forward to working with you again.

My Review Of Herb Gordon Nissan:

I stopped in to look at/buy a nissan altima. The sales person took so long to get a car for me to test drive, I left. Then I went the internet route. Found great prices online. Only to find out that I don't qualify for those prices because I am not a recent college graduate or military and was not going to finance my purchase and was going to pay cash. I should not be penalized $2000 on the cost of a car for those reasons.
