Service is awesome however Sales no so much I have never had a problem with service and several months ago was approached by someone in sales about possibly trading in my vehicle. at that time i I have never had a problem with service and several months ago was approached by someone in sales about possibly trading in my vehicle. at that time i wasn't interested. however a couple of months ago i was thinking about trading car for a ruck a younger guy met me at the door took one glance at my malibu said no way and didn't even offer to run numbers. i went back in about a month ago talked with a sales guy and this time he made a proposal but my husband was out of town and told me the deal would be good for a couple of days. never followed up with me. I went in for an oil change and searched him out and explained why i didn't come back in. My mother had gotten sick. but he didn't even offer to rework the numbers or anything. however he did offer his sympathy. I had excellent service as usual that day and the service department got me in and out with the list of recommended services. and i told them i would follow up. More

I was treated very bad by Heritage Automotive in Lawrence co I have dealt with a lot of places and this one has by far stooped to the lowest of unethical standards and I recommend people research before even wal I have dealt with a lot of places and this one has by far stooped to the lowest of unethical standards and I recommend people research before even walking in those doors , better yet just drive on by and save yourself heartache. We're going broke on a used car that we've sunk thousands into before the 1st payment was even due ,even replacing engine out of pocket in under 30 days and under 3000 miles .It still does not work right and they have been very deceitful and lied to our family over and over again. I am just trying to help others not be ripped off. Thanks for listening and I hope this stops at some point its very bad!!!!You shouldn't treat customers this way! More

Awesome service! Worth my drive We drive from Shelbyville, TN to deal with Heritage because it is just so easy there! I have very high standards for car dealers (my father was one) We drive from Shelbyville, TN to deal with Heritage because it is just so easy there! I have very high standards for car dealers (my father was one) and most disappoint me but Heritage never has! They always work hard to get what I want, they way I want it, at the price I want it! Their service department is wonderful also. I drive 2 hours to get an oil change instead of using the local dealer. I have tried, it just is not worth the aggravation on my part. More
