My Review of Heritage Chevrolet:
This was probably the best new car buying experience I have ever gone through. I worked with John A. in internet sales with a TrueCar.com offer that was excellent! I had to order my 'vette from the factory. But, while it was a difficult wait, I got the car I wanted. John was very helpful and pleasant throughout the time and I drove away the other day with a brand new Corvette. Thank you for making it such a pleasant experience!

Ms. Orpiano in the Service department is outstanbding, very helpful and takes care all of my needs with my vehicle. The technical staff dose an outstanding job as well. I take my vehicle no other place but Heritage. For the last 10 years all my vehicle have been purchased from Heritage.

My Review of Heritage Chevrolet:
This entire experience was positive from my initial Internet contact, locating the vehicle we needed, honesty of salesman, experience with finance department, to the delivery of the vehicle, and trade of our vehicle. I would definitely use Josh for any further needs in the future and recommend him to friends and family. He was very thorough. In fact, my husband commented, no salesman had been that detailed when he picked up the vehicle. Toni and Wayne Adams.

My Review of Heritage Chevrolet:
Showed up on service doorstep first thing Friday morning with numerous issues on trip from Florida to Baltimore. Was greeted before 7 am (hard working Donnie), told would work me into schedule although it was full. Started diagnostics at 8:10 am! Faulty fuel pump was replaced (fortunately warrany covered it). Estimate at 9 am was for noon completion, and I drove away at 12:15. EVERYONE said hello as they walked by during the morning. The mechanic answered and explained all my questions. Service manager checked in with me about every half hour with a progress report. I can't imagine getting better service, and they knew I was just passing through. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their service department. Very fortunate to have made their aquaintance, especially under my circumstances. Thanks to all!

My Review of Heritage Chevrolet:
Mr. Donnie Foster is certainly an asset to Heritage Chevrolet and to the General Motors name and on many recent occasions has ensured that my service needs were addressed completely.

Mr. Foster was attentive to the concerns I have had with my 2007 Suburban, and in addition to addressing the issues correctly the first time, he took the time to follow up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work. On a subsequent visit, he was extremely responsive to my family’s need to have our vehicle repaired quickly so we could still drive to our vacation spot – even when it meant ordering parts and repairing the car the next day!

It’s not often you also receive the attention to detail, can-do attitude and excellent customer service that I have experienced at Heritage Chevrolet.

We really appreciated you taking time to send us information via e-mail that helped us make our decision. We received information from several other dealers but you were the only one that took time to send specifics on different vehicles. We were amazed that the entire process from test driving, negotiating the deal, financing, and delivery was as easy as you made it. Your staff from the receptionist to the young lady who scheduled our first FREE oil change was so friendly and everyone had a smile! We will recommend your dealership to anyone we know that may be looking to purchase a vehicle. We agree that this was the most enjoyable vehicle purchase we ever made.

My Review of Heritage Chevrolet:
On 2/9/2011, I called Heritage Chevrolet and talked with service representative Mr. Donnie Foster. He made an appointment for 1430 hours to have my 2008 Tahoe serviced. I requested a oil and filter change, in addition to having the drivers inside door handle replaced. The door handle had a defect that caused it to cut my fingers when opening the drivers door. My contact by phone and in person with Mr. Foster was an excellent experience. His knowledge and experence with vehilces, his demeanor and his professionalism greeting and serving me and others is very refreshing as a customer. Mr.Donnie Foater took the time to listen to my needs and made sure this information was given to the technician. Mr. Foster for several years has been my contact when service has been needed on my vehicle. As in the pasted, Mr. Foster's ability to see that my vehicle repairs or service are completed and returned in the time frame he estimated has been very accurate. Mr. Foster and other members of the service, sales and management at this Chevrolet Dealership are the reasons I continue to return to the business for service on me vehicle. Without question I would and have recommended Heritage Chevrolt to others, and will continue to do so. Thank to Mr. Foster for a job well done and I look forward to a continued partnership with Heritage Chevrolet.
