My Review Of Heritage Chevrolet:

I would just like to say how absolutely impressed I am with Tom O'Toole's customer service and attention to detail. We arrived at 7:30 pm(yes I know...we were those guests) and he stayed with us from start to finish(even having us be the last customers in the office). He knew how important it was for us to get approved and he made a PERSONAL call from his PERSONAL cell to speak to any bank that was still opened. He is a true true asset to your company and from here on out I will ONLY be contacting him. His customer service and genuine want to help us surpasses everything else! THANK YOU TOM! You have no idea how much your actions meant to us!!

First I would like to thank Alexander Perry for making this experience very painless. He was instrumental in my decision to drive from North Carolina to Chester VA to even consider buying a truck. Josh was great. He took his time with us , never felt pressured or rushed . We bought a used car and spent a fraction of what a new car cost today. He still have us his time and follow up with us in a timely fashion. We were very pleased.

I have nothing but praise for the three people I interfaced with (Josh,John & Barbara). All three were personable, friendly, helpful and yet extremely professional in all respects. It was subperb working with Josh who was my primary point of contact. Offering to drive over an hour away from the dealership in order to bring back to the dealership and take position of my new vehicle was beyond the expected service!

Service at Heritage is the best. Their service dept does everything possible to make me happy. I would not go anywhere else!!! I love the Chevrolet products and even though I purchased a Dodge Caravan Mini-Van a couple of years ago; before I bought it; I made sure the Heritage service dept could always service it.

My Review Of Heritage Chevrolet:

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Heritage Chevrolet's service department. Jessie is usually my service advisor and she is awesome! The staff is always friendly and answers all my questions or concerns in a very thorough manner. I started taking my GM truck there about two years ago for all service needs and I will not my vehicle anywhere else. I trust Heritage and their staff - they are a model for other dealers as to what customer service should be.
