Would give a 0 if possible. I had work done on my car and picked it up on 10/8 after Heritage replaced a transmission selinoid. At the time it was fixed we had customer service issues and it took them 9 days to do a repair I was told would be done the next day. Less than 9 weeks later the check engine light came on and the car was making the same noise it did prior to being repaired. We only took it back to Heritage because they did the work to begin with and we wanted them to fix the issue we already paid for once. After waiting a week we finally heard from the tech claiming his test said the check engine light was on for the last 300 miles and we now needed a whole new transmission. I'm not even sure 300 Mike was out in the car in that 9 well period and we know this was a complete lie since the light only came on the day before. We told the tech we knew this was impossible since the light only came on the day before and that same day the car stopped being drivable. The damage was due to the poor repair work that was done. The tech says he would see what resolutions were available and now a week later we still never heard back. This dealership is not a good place to have a car repair done by any means. Tier customer service is the worst I've ever seen!!! More
