I was vey disappointed after my last visit last year. Today, I was fortunate to have Erin Lober assisting me today. Her customer service skills are motivating me to highly recommend this dealer to all m Today, I was fortunate to have Erin Lober assisting me today. Her customer service skills are motivating me to highly recommend this dealer to all my contacts. She went beyond my expectations to make sure that my car gets the best service and the service time was respected. Erin welcomed me with a great smile after I told her why I was there, she reassured me that she will take care of everything and that my car will be serviced within an hour. She came many times in the waiting room to check on me and to update me on my car. My car was serviced within an hour as Erin promised me. I am so thankful for the experience I had today with Erin. I brought my 2020 Hybrid CRV in for the 3rd time trying to fix a problem where the warning lights come on for the transmission and blind spot indicator. They still could not fix the car. Jeff returned the to fix a problem where the warning lights come on for the transmission and blind spot indicator. They still could not fix the car. Jeff returned the car but wouldn't even say it was safe to drive. Steve Berman has been very helpful in checking on my problem and I received a call today that, after speaking with Honda engineers and Honda administrative, he is requesting a new transmission for my vehicle. I've been very pleased with Steve for his professional and friendly manner. More
