I live in Dover,DE. My local Dealer would not give me a deal.I had to go to Heritage Towson after being given the runaround at Jones.I could not be more satisfied with the Deal I got and the Sales Consultant Bobby Stavrakas and His Manager. They were Honest, Frendly and up front priceing without any Hidden prices. I'm telling all my Friends and Family what a GREAT Place to buy a car.

My Review of Heritage Hyundai Towson:
We needed another car. My son suggested Towson Hyundai and Matt Long. So, on March 15th, we purchased a used 2011 Sonata and we are happy and satisfied with the total experience. Everyone was kind, and helpful, with special kudos for Matt Long, our salesman, who did a stellar job guiding us thru the process without a lot of high-pressure stuff. He was laid-back, and answered all of our questions with honesty and thoroughness. It's been two weeks and we are very pleased with our new car and how we all were treated by Matt and the whole Towson Hyundai team. Sincerely, Rich Mariani Towson MD.

My Review of Heritage Hyundai Towson:
My experience with Heritage Hyundai Towson was awesome!! I have purchased 2 other vehicles from Heritage dealerships in the past (Saturn cars). My Saturn had been in the Chevy service department for months with engine issues. After getting my car back, I was not confident it would last, so I called Pat Broady at Heritage Hyundai to inquire about a new car purchase. Pat had sold me my last car from Heritage Saturn and I was very pleased with her service. Needless to say, Pat made this car purchase the easiest purchase I have ever made. I purchased my 2012 Hyundai Sonata on March 8, 2012 over the phone. Pat took care of everything, from initiating financing to helping me pick a color and model of the Sonata. My purchase was completed in less than 3 hours, all done over the phone. I went in on March 9th to pick up the car. All paperwork was ready, and I also got my tags and registration on the spot. I will definitely recommend Heritage Hyundai to my friends and especially Pat, who made this the easiest car purchase ever!! Thanks again Pat and the team at Heritage Hyundai Towson!!

My Review of Heritage Hyundai Towson:
I initially wasn't going to go purchase another Hyundai, because of a bad experience i had at another Hyundai dealership..
But after some thought, i reconsidered !!!!

From start to finish Mr george small made the entire process very easy and comfortable..
Our appointment was for eleven am..... i did not leave until 5:10pm!!!

I honestly felt like i was spending the day with a good friend ; who just happen to be a car salesman
Mr. George was patient, informantive, professional with a great personality...!!!!


This was my FIRST TIME PURCHASING A NEW VEHICLE!!! And as long as heritage Hyundai is around it won't be my last !!!

My Review of Heritage Hyundai Towson:
This was the second car we bought from this dealership. First, we would not have returned had we not had a good experience that first time. The staff is courteous from the start. Matt was personable and genuine in his approach. He was responsive to our questions and always returned our calls in a timely manner. We worked on price and came up with a figure that was in line with the researched market value. When buying a car can be so intimidating, Matt made it a pleasant experience. I would return .... again.

My Review of Heritage Hyundai Towson:
Matt Long was the reason that we chose Heritage Hyundai. After submitting an online quote request, he went above and beyond all other sales representatives from local dealerships. He was informative, friendly, and prompt- all without being pushy or resorting to sales gimmicks. There were no gimmicks needed. He got us all of the information that we requested and put everything together in record time, leading to our purchase of a 2012 Santa Fe. We're thrilled with the purchase and just as thrilled with the help that we received from Matt. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for a no-hassle deal and a great overall experience.

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Everyone was so friendly and the environment was very positive. I felt as if they were very genuine and wanted to get the best price they could for the car I bought. They did not play any price games, and they gave me the price I was told they would. I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle there!
