I had recently got into a freak accident that left my poor wrecked car untradeable. It was a sticky situation that didn't yield any help from insurance. So with the help of my parents, I purchased my first car. Being young and naive on the process, I was very apprehensive. We originally planned on making a purchase at a Hyundai dealership closer to home. But thank God we didn't! I felt so at home at Towson Heritage Hyundai! Art Talansky and his manager, Scott were very honest and knowledgeable. They were extremely patient with our decision making process. Art understood my car situation and that I was just starting out with my career. He worked hard to cut the pricing to my budget. I went to Heritage Hyundai on December 8th to test drive a Sonata for comparison against the Nissan Altima I had already driven. From the moment I stepped on the lot, I was enthusiastically greeted by Joel. Joel was very pleasant and patiently went on 3 test drives with my daughter and me. It was getting late in the day and actually past the dealerships 6pm closing time, but Joel and the Heritage team stayed open for me. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Sonata and a 2007 Mazada 3 they had on the lot, for my daughter. They worked up a great deal for me purchasing 2 cars. It was a long process and we didn't leave the dealership until 10:30pm. I had no way to get the Mazada home, because my daughter only has her learner's permit at the time. Joel graciously offered to drive the Mazada home for me and was picked up at my home. Joel called within a couple days to follow up to see how everything was going. I have sent Joel several emails asking questions and he has promptly replied with answers. There are some things I am not quite satisfied with on the Sonata but as far as the service to this point provided by Joel, I am completely satisifed.

The people were very friendly. They did everything to stay on my budget and send me home happy.
Joel (my sales guy) was great. He called me a few days later to see how the car was doing for me. I have had many cars from other dealers but none of them have done that. Thtas what i call great customer service.

When my wife and I went to the dealership we kind of knew what wanted but we didn't really know what to expect. Matt Long was excellent and showed us several vehicles and was not too pushy. Claudio was excellent as well, making the financing a breeze. Best car buying experience ever. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

My experience with Heritage Hyundai Towson was excellent. My salesperson, Stanley Gabrovski, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt extremely comfortable with Stan and everyone that I dealt with. I was confident that I had made the right purchase while receiving the best possible service. In May of this year I came into Heritage Hyundai for another vehicle purchase. I have owned a Hyundai for 11 years. I was introduced to Matt Long as my Salesman and he was Fabulous! He walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. He took special time out to show me all the bells and whistles.

After I decided on a vehicle he was also kind enough to even program my Bluetooth.

On Saturday September 1, 2013 I e-mailed Heritage Hyundai for information about a new Hyundai Elantra Limited at about 3:00 pm. In about 15 minutes I was contacted by Darren Gordon, one of the Sales Managers. Mr. Gordon asked if I could stop by the dealership by 6:00 pm to look at the car I had requested information on. I walked into the dealership at 4:45 pm and was greeted by Mr. Gordon. He introduced me to George Small, one of the New Car Salespersons. George was everything a salesperson should be and it was a pleasure dealing with him, not that we did a lot of dealing. I had a pretty good idea of where I wanted to be price wise with my trade in. I told George the offers I had received on the same car as well as the research I had done. Heritage made it worth while price wise to buy from them and by 7:30 pm I was driving home in my new Elantra. Fastest and most painless car purchase I have ever made, less than 3 hours. Special thanks to George and Claudio (Finance) for staying late and completing all the paperwork for my purchase. I'm really not a review posting kind of person, so you know I was happy with Heritage Hyundai. Great place to buy a car.
