I will never be back to this dealership . The sales rep we spoke with (Monir) disregarded our answers to his questions, asking us our price range and immediately wanting to tell us about cars The sales rep we spoke with (Monir) disregarded our answers to his questions, asking us our price range and immediately wanting to tell us about cars almost $10,000 over our budget, when we find one we like he tells us he’s going to get the key and that they need our car key for an appraisal, never comes back with either key 30 minutes later & starts to talk about a completely different car. Then proceeds to tell us they have the car we are interested in and he’s going to again go get the key. After my husband gets stern that we aren’t going to play a game of keep the car key hostage until we find something we like & asks if he has the car and key or not , he gets his manager. The manager (Edward Foster) was nice and explained things way better than the sales rep (I honestly think it was a language barrier or maybe he just doesn’t know what he’s doing) the manager then tells us that the car is at a different location and they will have it expressed to their dealership the next day. It’s now been three days and we haven’t gotten any phone call nor has anyone returned my phone calls in which I’ve left voicemails. The real kicker is I just called which prompted my review when I asked for the sales rep (Monir) the person I was speaking with tells me he’s left for the day but he’s going to give him my number and call me in 5-10 minutes 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨 . If you can’t get the vehicle or you can’t trade ours in for what you said you could after working with us , that’s all fine and dandy things happen and not everything always goes according to plan but to not even respond to a customer who wants to work with you and give you their business is just ridiculous and puts a bad taste in the mouth of potential buyers . 10/10 DO NOT recommend this dealership unless you enjoy being treated like dirt . I definitely was NOT prepared to buy a car when I went looking. Met with the staff and my sales person. After talking for a bit, I placed an order to reserve an incoming car. The Most CRUEL, MONEY MINDED, UNTRUSTWORTHY dealership. This is a TRUE STORY. I went to buy Prius Prime 2022 XLE model on April 27 2022, the sales person called me for to come immediately to take the ca This is a TRUE STORY. I went to buy Prius Prime 2022 XLE model on April 27 2022, the sales person called me for to come immediately to take the car. I was there first on time, I did a test drive, discussed prices and Signed my papers. Then comes the General Manager (LAMONT MATTHEWS) and lies to me this car is pre-booked for some one else. He said he can not sell me the car because I dont have a car to trade in and the other person booked the car before me(which is 1000% lie). Their policy is to SELL ONLY TO TRADE IN CAR BUYERS BUT NOT FIRST COME BUYERS (LAMONT stated clearly). He gives my CAR Keys to the other person, that guy goes for a test drive and takes my car. I was very DISAPPOINTED, FRUSTRATED with them. I can see on the Lamont face written he is clearly LYING(A LIAR), even some employees I know working there said the same HE IS LYING. HERITAGE TOYOTA wants to make profit by only selling cars to person who can trading in their car. So they can get profit of selling the trade in cars later because of car shortage. Tell me if this not CRUELTY? LAMONT took my car away for his profit. But, Sales Person MONIR (I definitely trust and recommend this guy) offered me Prius hybrid LE 2022. I took it easy and I said I will buy it. I asked LAMONT to give me some time till tomorrow (APRIL 28 2022, 1pm) since its already 8pm when I want to buy the Prius LE car. But, He says “NO”. Despite he took the car away from me, wasted my 5 hours of time on Prius prime XLE and also did my CREDIT SCORE CHECK. He says No. He says he cant because HERITAGE CAN’T WAIT for anyone. If that’s true, then WHY DID HE TOOK MY CAR AWAY AND GIVE IT SOMEONE ELSE WHO PRE-BOOKED LONG TIME(which he really didn't)? AND WHY DID HE NOT GIVE ME CAR THOUGH I CAME FIRST AND ALSO TOOK CAR AWAY FROM ME WHEN I SAID I DONT HAVE A CAR TO TRADE IN? He didn’t provide me the time I deserve and requested despite doing my credit check, wasting my time and INJUSTICE he did to me. He want me to buy immediately so they can make sales profit of selling the car quickly on the same day it arrived. BEST: I went to JIM COLEMAN to get a car for my friend. I heard from many people and my friends who recently took a car from Jim is a GOOD place. They charge you 2.5 k dealers price (fixed), Heritage charge you 2-3K dealers price. But, Jim Coleman at least didn't do tricks like Heritage Toyota. Its first come first serve and also you can trust them, they don't cross their words like Heritage. If you are a FIRST time car buyer, want to get DISAPPOINTED, FRUSTRATED, PUSHED you are WELCOME to HERITAGE Toyota. DARCARS (Sukhbir and Albert from sales team) WARNED me the same about the Heritage and especially about LAMONT that they give cars only for trade in customers and twist their words. Heritage may be good for people who are trading their cars. But who knows, they might give you the car first, only when you are trading in with them with a price Advantageous to their Sales and not to the person who wants to sell for high price.
